I dont normally write reviews but something needs to be done. This store has really started to fall apart I used to go here often. On my recent visit I walk in and the store is empty. I literally had to sit and wait for milly to come out and help me she was a delight, but what really made me give the shoes back and find a new place to shop was when I heard a manager scream at one of her workers, i dont know how thick they think those walls are but it was basically in front of me! It was the most unprofessional thing ive ever seen and I dont see myself ever coming back here.

So I went back to Greenbrier and was skeptical about going back into Journeys. I was there a few weeks back and my experience was not as pleasant as I would’ve liked in to be. I went in earlier this week and noticed some new faces. Kennedy helped me find the perfect shoes for my new wife and was able to order me something as well. During the process some of the other workers were moving some things around I asked what was going on, Milan told me that Kennedy became the new manager of that location so they’re getting the store in shape. Everyone was great. I will be buying again soon.

I went into the Greenbier mall Journey’s today and I just want to say this younger generation really need to get it together. I go in the store to see about returning some Uggs for a different style and it’s 5 employees in the store 4 boys and 1 girl . I walk over to the back wall and the young man ask me if I needed help as I was explaining what I was trying to do, the young lady standing behind the counter he was standing in front of starts to rub his hair and hug on him and I’m like are y’all working or about to get it in😒. Then she looks at me like I’m disrupting what ever they were talking about before I came in “ Excuse me young lady , but if your parents knew you were at work cuddling what would they say? I just laughed and said Thank you and walked out . It’s ridiculous. I’ll order online like I usually do.

I recently went to journeys a day ago and I bought white converse. When i got home i realized i had 2 different sizes of shoes, not only that but they were both two right feet! I returned the next day showing them and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Upon that, I was already very stressed because I had to drive all the way back to this location. I am very displeased with the service and I will not be coming back!

Took my daughters in today to get shoes for their recital. My 9yo is particular about her shoes and it’s often hard to find ones that fit. To add the the challenge they needed to be black so our selection was limited. Journeys still had many options though. The ones she wanted were slip ons and they rubbed the back of her ankle. I couldn’t let her get them to dance in. The employee I believe his name was Jordan noticed our frustration and disappeared into the back. He came out with a perfect shoe! Saved the day. Then he went above and beyond to showing her a cool shoe trick. That moment completely changed her attitude, she walked out so happy. I wish we could experience his level of costumer service everywhere we went.

i don't usually leave reviews anywhere BUT the young girl with the braids was very nice & convinced me to buy 2 pairs of docs. Great customer service and cool docs :)

Came in Tuesday 8/31 just browsing with nothing in mind. 1 very attentive worker Dynasia (Axel) was so helpful. She helped me size my feet for the best fit. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all 3 pairs of shoes in the right size and a comfortable fit. Best shoe salesperson I have ever met!!!!!

Alexandra the store manager and tore shlanta are abusive managers and spitful, they use their power to fire their peers simply from not liking them , even if those peers are very productive workers . Only wish I could put zero stars instead of one
