J's Beauty Outlet is a beauty supply store with a great variety of different hair products. The store has undergone a re-vamp, making it easier to find and shop for products inside. Prices were lower at one point but are now considered overpriced by some. The store has changed since 2013 for the better, specifically to cut down on constant stealing. Pictures are posted outside the entrance related to this issue. Some customers feel the workers are rude or watch closely, while others find them friendly sometimes. This watchfulness is described as a response to customers who come in on a constant basis to steal, which hurts the owner and the customers with integrity who purchase honestly. The store's measures make it easier to watch those who choose to steal. While some people try to avoid patronizing the store, the changes over the years have aimed to address these challenges.

The women who work there, make it unpleasant to shop there. They stand up at front of store, talking/laughing at customers. Very unprofessional and tacky. I only go there if I have to. Not because I really want to!!! Usually unpleasant experience.The young man that works there is very helpful and professional though.
