This store use to be great but now the produce section is always full of flying insects. You also have to check the expiration dates on everything since they leave expired products on the shelf. I'm not saying I won't shop here because I still do.

I was cut in line and had to wait. I could’ve been to my destination by the time I checked out. You have no organization, self check out should not be card only. Pay attention! If I would’ve cussed those old people out I would’ve been wrong.

This Kroger has been my go-to grocery store, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in recent months—especially in the produce section. Much of the fresh produce is either already spoiled or on its way, and gnats are often present. The selection is limited, shelves are frequently understocked, and the app’s inventory rarely matches what’s actually in the store. Because of these issues, I’ve started shopping elsewhere.

I bought a pack of Kroger select deli ham, opened it and noticed it was foul smelling and bad. Took it back to the store and they would not let me return it or switch it out without a receipt. All I wanted to do is switch it out. If you sell rotten food, own it and do the right thing. It’s not hard.

This location allows racism and prejudice practices against black customers. Donald (Asian American)had been very prejudice towards me on multiple occasions. The last straw was when he went digging in my grocery bags when I turned my back AFTER he already checked my items because the system flagged. I only had 3 medium sized items that couldn’t be hidden. I asked him what he was doing and he said he had to make sure as if he just knew I was gonna steal a party platter or sushi and an 8pc chicken. I called to report him to corporate and nothing happened. He still smiling and being prejudice. Like really. Kroger basically says it’s ok to be prejudice as long as the person offended is black.

Store decided to give groceries one hour late and deliver to our car 45 minuted late, while it was in a storm. All groceries are wet, employees had an attitude that we were annoyed for waiting.

Great place to shop with a multitude of items. However a large variety of items does tend to slow the shopping process.

I ordered 5 sale items online and selected “store pick-up.” I went to the store to pick-up the items (which were not on the grocery shelves). At checkout, Kroger charges a $4.95 fee to pick-up an order!! A store representative explained to me that the fee is charged in all orders totaling less than $60. The items weren’t available today…I have to come back for them another day AND pay Kroger to pick them up. That is absolutely unconscionable. Don’t shop at Kroger!!

Dontavious took his time to install the Kroger's app on my phone and explain to me in detail how it works because I could not figure out how to get the Kroger's weekly coupons, I was impressed by how patient he was and his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I fully understood. He made my experience at this Kroger wonderful and I appreciate kindness.
