I use the pick up service a lot. The people are always kind and friendly. They are very patient as sometimes I can’t get there at scheduled times they’re just really great people!

I have always liked the Kroger stores in other states. I was going to drive an hour to shop here. Thank you for the reviews. It is not at all up to the Kroger standards I have seen. I hope corporate fixes this!

This store has THE WORST bagging that I have ever seen. They consistently bag heavy items with bread, eggs, etc. They also consistently over pack some bags, which rip and items fall out; then pack two very light items (seasoning packs) ALONE in a huge paper bag. I have called this store 3 times to complain N.A. and it keeps happening. (These are pick up orders) How does anyone with a brain pack this way??

@kroger: My friend is battling cancer and I went in to get her a nice assortment when I got there I notice the florists was busy putting flowers out and I kept about my way looking for nice flowers. The flowers were not all the best so I found a new location on my phone and was heading there which was about 10 minutes. Heading out the door I noticed the only breast cancer ribbon balloon and decided to buy it and add to my gift…I grabbed it not noticing it was a little deflated but headed to the register and this is where the best customer service started. The florists Jo (female) noticed me and stop every thing she was doing and offered to put more air in the balloon.. She then asked if I found what I was looking for I told her no I was heading somewhere else.. This beautiful soul said no let me see what I can do and she took her time to get me nice flowers and put them together for me as well.. She was very patient, professional, kind, and empathetic when she found out my good friend just had surgery last night. By the end we hugged I cried at how sweet and patient and nice she was.. Anyone who could care less would not have even stopped me to offer to add air to the balloon. Believe me I go to Kroger all the time and this was my first time being treated so kindly it gave me goosebumps cause people are just not nice anymore even at their job..Thank you Ms JO and thank you Kroger for recognizing what a wonderful asset she is to you company to hire her.. Thank you

This is a lessor quality managed store and not the cleanest!!! Only positive thing I can say about this store is its pharmacy is great!

Find it interesting that the deli at this location still advertises Boars Head products in light of the listeria recall. All Boars Head should be removed from the cases, a thorough cleansing of slicers and display cases and refrigeration units conducted, and a posted notification from the board of health, or whatever entity blesses the use of equipment, displayed prominently at the deli counter. Won't be buying any sliced deli products from Kroger for a while. Stop and shop and other supermarkets have closed their deli locations that slice Boars Head products.

I've been shopping at this Kroger location for years, and I have to say, it's been consistently excellent. The store is always well-stocked with everything I need, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether I'm looking for fresh produce, meat, dairy products, or household essentials, I can always find what I'm looking for.

Worst experience at this Kroger ever. Cashier Yazmin was working full service checkout while two people were in self checkout talking. She needed help bagging. This store has steadily been going downhill for months. I’ll be heading back to Adli. Too bad some of the staff actually work like Yazmin. Manager should be replaced. True signs of poor leadership.
