Rachel was the first person to recognize us as we entered the building and she was eager to help us find what we wanted. She explained details and mechanics of the chairs we looked at and she answered all of our questions. She is top notch! We are excited to get our new recliners.

Found the exact reclining couch we needed! Our backs are especially thankful. Calvin & Wilson located the couch perfectly, and showed us how to use the reclining features. Overall, 5 stars!

I recently purchased a recliner from the Chesapeake La-Z-Boy store. This was my 3rd recliner purchased from this store in the past 10 years. My sales rep, Caitlin, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood what type of recliner I was looking for and helped me select one that fit my needs. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy recliners and if you are shopping at the Chesapeake store, ask for Caitlin.

Dave was very professional and courteous. Came to us when we came into the store and introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and pointed to the areas most of the chairs we were looking for would be. And then lets us look around by ourselves. When we found what we liked he came over and told us all about the chair. Described very well all the line items on the invoice. It was and has always been a very great pleasure shopping at LaZBoy.
