The staff was very nice, but the scheduling appointments and the check in process is disastrous. If they split one office for walk ins and the other for scheduled appointments…I think that would fix their issues. The self check in machines are great for scanning your info BUT the disconnect is between scheduled appointments and walk ins. The machine assumes you’re a walk in which causes so much confusion. Lots and lots of frustrated people in the waiting room. Some folks had appointments and got skipped others walked in and got seen right away. I STRONGLY urge Labcorp to fix the check in process and split walking and appointments into different waiting rooms. It caused a lot of problems/stress unfairly for the staff and people waiting. Avoid going to this location if you can, it’s a total disaster.

This location will not answer the phone to answer questions and they getting paid to sit around. If automated is how you avoid customers why have people in the building

Poor organization skills. They send out an email that no appointment needed for a standing order just to get there and having to schedule an appointment with a machine. Labcor ...your patients times are valuable too not only yours.

This was my first visit to this Labcorp site due to my move to VA Beach from Northern VA. The woman behind the glass in the lobby was outstanding. She greeted me when I arrived and noticed I was having some challenges using the express registration machine in the lobby. She politely called to me to come to where she was sitting and completed my registration. Then she completed my blood test and wished me a nice weekend. Her kindness and support were appreciated.
If there's any reward for an employee who exceeds the expected customer service level, I confidently nominate her for this reward.

My appointment was at 11:45 and it’s 12:12 and I am still in the waiting room. This is a bit ridiculous considering there were only 3 people here when I got here and two of them been in and out.even someone that got here after my was able to go before I was… choose a different location if possible!

My experience at this facility blew me away. Everyone from the front desk throughout the facility was so efficient and helpful. Priti (or Preeti) is such a skilled phlebotomist. It’s been years since someone only had to stick my arm once. She was also very caring and comforting throughout the process. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend choosing this facility if you need lab tests.

I have been to other locations before but this location impressed me a lot, everyone I have came across during my visit was friendly, and help full and gave outstanding customer service

I was here for required lab work for school. It was a quick and painless experience. From registration to finish took ten minutes. Big kudos to Priti (phlebotomist) who drew my blood easily and painlessly on the first try (as a hard stick).

I was hesitant to visit this location after reading some of the reviews, as they were filled with horror stories about terrible experiences. These reviews almost made me want to avoid the place altogether. However, I decided to give it a chance, and I am so glad that I did. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, my experience at this location was actually great. The people were friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this place to others. It just goes to show that sometimes you can't always trust reviews, and it's worth giving things a try for yourself!
