This location only has 1 good nail technician. I would suggest booking a head of time to see her other wise you won’t have design or shape options. Also if multiple clients come in your service will get rushed. There also priced to high for there skill level. I went for a dip powder stiletto tip. See photo below. Week old nails charged $80.00 the fill was even priced high for a previous gel set.

I walked in and I was able to to get my pedicure right away. Kim was gentle and caring and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you. Will definitely return because they respect seniors!!!

This was my first time getting my nails done here, and it wasn’t an extravagant experience, but overall it was pleasant. I was able to soak off my acrylics while I waited for Hanna to finish with her client. She was sweet and polite and the entire staff made me feel welcome.

Went in with a friend of mine for a pedicure we arrived at 530 due to my friend just getting off work at 5. We were going to go to my normal salon but they happen to close early today. When we arrived they weren’t that busy and yes they did have a sign saying no walk-ins after 6. 2 of the workers where extremely rude and was openly speaking about us and the time we walked in and rolling their eyes, then when we were finally seated they put our feet in cold water. I ended up walking out with paint all around my toes a super rough pedicure that left my heels feeling gritty and skin off one of my big toes. Certainly stay away from this place. I have never been to a place that accepts walk-ins and gets rude when money is coming in.

Most of the reviews are inaccurate or about other shops. I’ve been here for over 10 years and have never seen them do henna/eyebrow tint or any employees people are talking about.

By far, the BEST nail salon in Chesapeake! Hanna is my nail technician and she is always on time for my appointment with a smile on her face. (I do recommend making an appointment if you want to make sure you get in with Hanna). I am a hairstylist so I am very hard on my nails but she does them so perfect they last 3 to 4 weeks! ? This color is called "Bubble Bath" in the dip colors. It blends well with my nail bed and grows out almost unnoticeable!

I went here for years but today was the last day, I’ll never go here again. I only came for a soak off and the nail tech asked why I couldn’t go to someone else to soak off my nails if I didn’t get my nails done there. I told her if she didn’t want my business than just say that. Also, I asked for a cut down and instead of clipping them she used a drill, which ended up hurting me when she got too close to skin. I said “ouch” when it happened and pulled my hand back, she didn’t even apologize. Normally the tech that serves you checks you out, but she asked another nail tech to do it. I still tipped but I told the manager what happened and how bad the customer service was. The tech then came outside the shop as I was getting in my car yelling at me saying “she didn’t hurt me” and proceeds to yell “Don’t lie”. As if I would make this up.

So my wife talked me into getting a pedicure I will admit I was not exactly excited. However once I was there and situated in the chair...OMG. It was awesome. The lady that did my feet was great. It was extremely relaxing, and my feet felt rejuvenated. My wife said they look younger. Anyway, great experience and I will definitely be going back.

My mom and grandma came in to get their eyebrows waxed and tinted with henna respectively. My grandma wanted to see the different colors of henna avaliable and the lady helping her was very rude and dismissive, saying that she wouldn't do anything that wouldn't be flattering on her face. She even went as far as to tell them that there were no longer any appointments for either of them after they had already waited and were promised a service. Eventually, my mom got her eyebrows waxed but my grandmother decided not to get hers tinted due to the bad treatment. They have very bad customer service, how do they expect you get anything done at their establishment without asking questions? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly, pleasant. The salon has really good nail techs, but the only male tech that's done my nails right is Joe. Iris, who is new, did my nails last, and she did a great job. Prices are like most salons, but it seems like every time I go, something costs extra, like they charge additional for having to put on more than 2 layers of polish (like if the color is too light and doesn't cover in 2 coats).
