Rick was amazing! He is so experienced and was so pleasant to talk with. He highlighted and cut my hair; it is perfectly blended and beautiful and natural looking. I am very picky about my hair and he did it perfect!! Will definitely be booking with him again.

I’ve been coming to the Look for a while now, and I will keep coming back specifically because of Jen.
I absolutely love the vibe of this salon - it’s one that NEVER switches up, and as someone who has been to differing stylists, of all levels, having a veteran stylist like Jen there to always think through different ideas and try new things is a major bonus.
One thing I absolutely love is that it’s easy to be prepared for my own sessions by calling and asking for a cost estimate, which is usually spot on for the service I choose when I get there. They aren’t product pushers - they are there to support you in your hair journey.
My favorite feeling is hair day, when I know I’ll be greeted with “good morning, goddess” by the extremely professional and sweet front desk associates.
If you’re looking for a great salon home, come to the Look. You’ll be in great hands ♥️

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this salon for about 3 years now. He goes more often than I do. He’s had over 5 haircuts with Emily, each one was a positive experience and cost $20 before tip. Since Emily was not available today on Saturday, he booked with Jennifer instead. His appointment was for 9AM, but upon arriving, Jennifer walked around for more than ten minutes just chatting everyone up. Okay, cool, whatever. However, upon arriving to checkout, he was told it would be $30 before tip. He paid, but when he got in the car, he came to the realization that it was significantly more than when he books with Emily. He went back inside and politely asked if their prices went up and was treated like an annoying inconvenience for not knowing that Jennifer, for some reason, charges more than Emily? And despite charging more than Emily, she provides no extra services or anything to justify a higher price. I like this salon, but the vibe was off today and we will not be returning seeing as they think it’s okay to fluctuate their prices as they see fit.

I love coming here with my daughter for haircuts. They were proactive about rescheduling our haircuts due to weather and still managed to get us in the same week! The stylists are professional and phenomenal at what they do. I would recommend The Look to anyone!

I landed here from a spa gift card I received as a Christmas gift. There’s a website you go to to choose a salon and the options for the 757 area were super limited. I chose this Salon based on the vast services offered and the pictures online. From the moment I called to make an appointment I was treated well and impressed with the level of customer service. Emma (Emily) did my nails and it was a pleasure! The conversation was great, she cared about the health of my nails and knew the perfect way to ask all the questions about the services I wanted and needed. She took her time and helped me choose what I wanted. She is talented in nail care, nail shaping, and nail designs. She did an amazing job and I have found a new nail tech! I will be not only returning for nail services but for massage and hair are services as well. I’m excited to have found this salon and they have gained a new client! I have already told three friends and I just left at 6:30 lol I cannot believe it’s been there for 25 years! It’s also very aesthetically pleasing and the prices are wallet pleasing! lol “The Look” I will see you soon 😁 oh did I say I LOVE my nails! Emma girl I’ll see you in 2 weeks—Looks like I chose correctly 😆

Didn't have a great experience, was supposed to get acrylics, but person was out due to circumstances they could not control, that was not the problem, so I got a gel manicure instead. I got them done last Saturday and they already start chipping and peeling a couple days ago. Barely made it a week before they started to peel.

Had a bridal party scheduled with a specific stylist for months to be informed the stylist was no longer there two weeks before the wedding.
Salon used latex bands in my daughter's hair knowing my girls had latex allergies. Never again will we come here.

My husband bought me a gift card for spa services at The Look Salon and Spa. The staff was so friendly, and my massage and facial by Virginia were out of this world. Unfortunately I was left unimpressed by my shellac manicure and pedicure. The polish job is not great at all. I’m not confrontational so I didn’t tell the girl I disliked it, but when I was up charged an extra $27 for an upgrade the nail tech hadn’t mentioned when asking me which color I wanted, I was left with a bad taste. She did a great job taking care of me and cleaning my nail beds, but the application itself is lackluster.

I had a gel manicure done on Friday, February 16th by a very nice nail tech, although I did not like the nails at all. I'm not confrontational and I didn't want to embarrass her, so I paid, tipped and left. As soon as I left, I took pictures of my nails and decided I had to say something.
I called and spoke with a nice manager and they offered to re-do them. I agreed at first but then decided I wanted a refund instead because I'd prefer not to have additional services at this salon based on my experience. She spoke with the owner and they said that they don't give refunds, but they'll give me a credit.
I am posting this so that other people know the quality of work at this salon. I paid $55 and I don't think it's worth it. I posted pictures of my nails right after they were done and today, Wednesday, February 21st, less than a week later. They're chipping and don't look like I went to a professional.
