I dropped off my most recent project car, a 1989 Lincoln Town car signature series to get a little makeover.
The gentleman (sadly I do not remember his name) at the front desk was super informative and transparent Annie the process and expectations, giving me multiple quotes for different levels of service.
My car was ready within 3 working days, and came out much better than I expected. I will be returning to this location with another vehicle within the next couple months as well. I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship

From my experience Maaco did a not so good job. Maaco used to be the best but not any more. I was warned before going that Maaco isnt as professional as before but I didn't listen and paid the sad price. I hope Maaco return to what they used to be. As of now, I cannot recommend Maaco to anyone. Greg.

I’m a bit long in the tooth at this point. In my many years of working with a number of service providers , nothing much surprises me. I had a 2006 Mercedes painted at this location just to have the car refreshed. I was not just surprised, but shocked at the customer service and quality of the work. Tracey was a joy to work with and the entire process was stress free. I had a small issue on the hood after over a year and I was treated more than fairly. They repainted the hood under their warranty, polished the entire car and it looks brand new at no cost to me. Great people and great work. I highly recommend you check these guys out if you are looking a good job at a fair price delivered with honesty and integrity

Recently ( in the past week ) I got my 2015 Nissan Altima S repainted for a fresher look from the stock color Cayenne Red to a deeper (Electric Red) and I'm very happy with the outcome. I reviewed several of the local shops and after taking my mom ( Brenda Paul )to pick up her vehicle and firsthand seeing the great work all the representatives did with her's, I got my vehicle scheduled. My Estimator, Winston Reed was very thorough in giving me the many options I could choose from and all for a very reasonable price! My mom's 2014 Chevy Equinox was also repainted with the help of Justin Fink. The dents on both side panels, fading and peeling paint on the roof were repaired the week prior and she's very happy with how it came out as well! * Last picture is the before color Nissan*

Everybody I talked to at this shop
were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to work with me on price and results. And the results were outstanding. Thank you guys. It's like a whole new car.

It was such a pleasure to work with Maaco and their Estimator, Winston Reed.
Their shop on Smith Ave has a great vibe to it, and the employees are always smiling and friendly. Sir Winston was very professional and personable.
As a retired business owner and former sales executive, I know that Maaco is very fortunate to have an employee as Winston who supports a very fine product and warranty that guarantees their work.

A different paint was used that did not match.
I was told the type of paint for my car is why the price was higher.

Recently had maaco of chesapeake paint a hood and some trim pieces and couldn't be happier with the finished product or customer service. Everyone at this location was extremely friendly they had my items done quick and better than I could have expected. I would definitely recommend them and will have more work done by them in the future.
