Visited @7:45pm. Placed an order via the app for curbside pickup. Double Big Mac meal with unsweet ice tea. I arrived and checked in via app in spot 1. The app said 2-5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went into the lobby, wondering where my food was. The lobby had a strong aroma of fecal matter. I stood there with no one at the counter. Finally, someone realized I was standing there and asked if I had been helped. I mentioned I had a curbside pickup order. The employee looked toward the drive-thru area and said it was coming right up. The Big Mac looked like a Picasso, the fries had no salt, and the tea was diabetes in a cup. People seem to think their job is to serve food. No. Your job is to care. Care about the quality of food you serve, care about the customer, and care about the experience people have in your restaurant.

Again, messed order up. Medium fries when supposed to be large. Almost gave medium drinks, but caught that before I pulled away. Employees need to "read" order and verify before handing to customer.

McDonald’s overall is nothing like it used to be. Lots of times when I order from them, the food is cold, french fries are cooked too long and are extremely hard and the wait time for your food is ridiculously long

I heard a manger I think James was his name yell at employee for telling and showing a customer they failed a health inspection for non fully cooked meat while complaining about her burger having a lot of pink in it I suggest not eating here or checking everything you get from this place.

The food is alright but the wait times are insane. Even with minimal customers this McDonald's manages to take more time with less customers than comparable locations. Staff also act carless in front of paying customers.
