Oh my!!! I'm in love with my car again! I haven't pampered my car for awhile! It is because almost all the car wash areas around me suck. I tried Mega Auto Spa for the reviews and they did not disappoint! I love the fact that the cash tips are centralized. The staff are more focused on cleaning the car in front of them.

This place is amazing. I really love how they are paying attention to the details of cleaning my vehicle. This is truly a Spa! This is my first visit to this location and it's been outstanding from every other car cleaning place in this area! Well worth the price. Team of employees are friendly and work well together giving you a new car feel! I highly encourage you to visit.

Always receive terrific service! One guy usually working the tunnel when I pull up. They all are very friendly and helpful. They work hard and stay focused on their work. I bought monthly passes for each car. Well worth the money.

Stopped back in on a Thursday and I failed to print my receipt when I choose interior care & the service attendant was so professional and offered to look it up in his system and it was no problem. Every crew member appeared to be happily working & focused on their individual task at hand & when they communicated among each other, no extra chit chat was apparent but you could see the camaraderie. My ONLY suggestion is having a high tech tip option vs just cash. Great customer service & excellent cleaning

Mega Auto Car wash is the best around for a decent price. I have used Auto Bell and Majestic and always have to point out what they missed. With Mega Auto they do it right the first time, every time! Would highly recommended this business.

we visited these guys for a interior detailing. they did overall a pretty good job, got all the stains on our seats out (our main concern) for around $220 for a 4 door sedan that took pretty much the whole day (which i understand detailing takes a long time). i forgot the employees name that helped us get a quote and scheduled our appointment (he was very nice and helpful). im giving 4 stars for the service that was done (pretty well i may add) but we noticed our back seat matts were missing and went back to see if they had it and by our surprise we were also missing our sun shade (which they had both that and our matts). they could've at least given us a call to see if we we missing those items (even if they didn't know it was ours) instead of us having to go there to hope they had them. overall great experience for a detailing??

Used to come here all the time. Staff used to be hustling and moving with a quickness. The last few times I have been here it’s taken me over two hours for exterior and interior for my small suv. There were two cars ahead of me and I counted 8 staff members. All moving at snail speed but one. If I had this amount of time to get my car cleaned, I would have stayed home to do it myself. Aside from the long wait now with slow service, they NEVER get the scent right when they ask what I want. Last time I had to drive with the windows down for two days just so I didn’t choke on the horrific scent they blasted my car with. This place used to be great, but after three not so good visits and today another 2.5+ hours for my car I think I’ll stick with the pricier but faster option near my home.In response to the reply from the manager or whomever, I see what you did there. Clever. But when you have 2 or 3 people working each lane the 9 cars in front of me isn’t actually accurate. The people working the 2 cars that were ahead of me never worked on vehicles in another lane. As far far as time spent there, while you’re reviewing camera footage you would have seen where I interrupted them because I had to leave, the car wasn’t actually finished but I had to go after being there nearly 2 hours. The last time was over 2 hours but like I said I came back because at that price point it was still a good deal. Instead of trying to fact check your clients, a simple apology and we will take this feedback to improve would suffice.

I have a van that lives under a tree. The birds, leaves, twigs, pollen, and sap make for a very dirty van. I fish and golf and bring plenty of sand and turf into the van. All that ends up when I get the works (interior and exterior) at Mega. I 'm always met by a smiling enthusiastic person who guides me through selecting and paying for what I want, takes off my radio antenna, pushes my exterior mirrors in ... all while walking alongside as I line up for the wash. The machine wash etc is just that. (Note ... This is not a "detail" and I did not pay enough for one.)After the machine spits you out, the arrows point you inside their large facility where another enthusiastic person guides you to a spot where the wipe down, tire gloss, and interior gets done. You get sent to a comfortable lounge where you can watch TV or sit the other way and watch those enthusiastic people work on the cars.About 20-30 minutes later, you're led back to your car where you and the person who worked on your car look over the sparkling vehicle. You're given a Mega business card with the name of the person who worked on your car and you're driving away.My van sparkles and I'm happy and I can't ask for more than that. O yes ... the radio antenna was put back on.

Mega Auto Spa: Where Your Car Gets the VIP Treatment!So, I finally decided to check out Mega Auto Spa, exterior and detailing car wash in Chesapeake.It was like sending my car on a spa retreat! I've heard some really good things about this place, and thought, "Why not give it a whirl?" I went for the EXPRESS $38 package, which is basically a car pampering session: exterior wash, wax, foam polish, and tire shine that made my tires look like they were ready for a photoshoot. And the interior? Vacuumed, windows sparkling, tires hand-cleaned, and they even added a fragrance that made me feel like I was in a brand new car.Now, patience is key because good things take time – it was over an hour, but the result? My car looked so clean and crisp, I almost didn't recognize it!The waiting area at Mega Auto Spa is a whole vibe in itself. Spacious, with lots of comfy chairs where you can relax and watch your car getting the star treatment through a glass wall. Clean bathrooms – and yes, that matters!And the staff? Super helpful and positive. It's like everyone there actually loves what they do, and it shows.They've got these cool monthly packages, but you can also go for a one-time wash if you're not ready to commit.Would I recommend Mega Auto Spa? My new go to spot. No one washes their hands and leaves out their thumbs; other carwashes only wash the front of my vehicle, but not Mega. Everything is rinsed, scrubbed and waxed, and at a competitive price. Exceptional staff and equipment.

My car was way overdue for a vacuum & cleaning. At a friend's recommendation, they suggested Mega Auto while I was visiting. They did an amazing, thorough job. Not only is my car clean inside and out, but it smells clean; no cover up fragrance. I will use again when I come to the area!
