Wanted to shop here for my son upcoming dance but the reviews are very discouraging.. hopefully the staff is being trained on better customer service and making people feel welcomed otherwise the reviews alone will turn new business away.

Recently went to this location to get fitted for a wedding. It was super packed when I arrived. I was instantly greeted by an associate who asked why I was there. He had me sign in and to save time took my measurements until I was seen by a tailor. There was a 30 minute wait which was understandable from the sheer volume of customers in the store. My tailor was a young man named Deion who was managing 4 different customers while also attending to me. He was extremely courteous and focused on each customer. Made the experience pleasant and I will definitely be back.

Dion and the rest of the team were very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and patient even when they are busy. I highly recommend them.

Went in the store looking for a suit for my son. We were in there for at least 10-15 minutes and no one acknowledged us or attempted to help us. Would not go back.

Terrible customer service, we needed two full suits nobody approached to us even there were 5 employees in the store, we went there on Sunday and it was the same, I wonder if they don’t want to work just stay at home and let others to do the job

Showed up to purchase 2 suits for work. When I walked in no one acknowledged me. I walked around for about 15 to 20 minutes trying on suits and no one acknowledged me. I guess they didn’t want to sell me anything. Atmosphere made me feel very unwanted like I was bothering them. Oh well. Next store.

Have your alterations done somewhere else! 2-3 week wait time after purchase, suit was wrinkled and had double seams pressed in the pant legs. Staff offered to steam them, but the wait time is an inconvenience. Staff is undermanned and difficult to get assistance.

I called first for I was looking for a particular size in a dress shirt. The saleslady was very pleasant and accommodating and I was able to go there, try it on and it was just what I wanted.

As a recent customer at Roxanne’s store, I feel compelled to share my experience, which was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional behavior of the store manager.Customer Service:During my visit, I observed and personally experienced interactions with the store manager that were far from satisfactory. The manager’s attitude towards customers was rude and unpleasant. This kind of behavior created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made it uncomfortable for customers to shop or ask for assistance.Professionalism:Professionalism is a cornerstone of any customer-facing role, especially for a manager. In this instance, the manager’s conduct was not up to the standard one would expect. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the store as a whole.Impact on the Shopping Experience:The negative interactions with the manager significantly affected my shopping experience. A store’s success is not just about the products it offers, but also about how customers are treated. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer service was a letdown.Conclusion:I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I stopped by recently to rent a tuxedo for an upcoming event that I'm attending in New York City.The lady who helped me made the process so easy and I really appreciate all of her efforts. I think that she's the store manager (and if she's not, she definitely should be) because she was so patient and kind to me.She answered all of my questions and she asked several of her own to ensure that my experience was top notch. I highly doubt this Men's Warehouse location on Greenbrier Parkway in the heart of Chesapeake!

My friend and I walk in and there was a lady in front folding clothes who did not greet us or offered to help but we still looked around for about 15min and still no one offered to help so we left. I came back the next day alone and it was the same, no greeting or offered to help if I needed any. I walk around for a least 10min then sat down for about 5min then walked around again for about 15min and still no one said anything to me. I finally called someone over to help but his vibe was off and he seemed like he didn't really want to help ?. There was at least 6 people working and no one offered any assistance at all so I left and went to a different store.I do not recommend this location for people that expect good customer service. Employees definitely need to do customer service training.I seen another review with a similar complaint and the company replied but they definitely didn't talk to the employees because I had the same experience twice on separate days.
