People there do not know what they are talking about nor what they are selling , was told we can get internet through metro and we cannot even run more than one device at a time when I try to call and get it fixed they just say "oh it shouldn't do that". Some of the most unhelpful people I've ever met/talked to ontop of the fact they they won't even give you an option to bring it in and fix it, I would never go through metro pcs again worst experience I've ever had and that's talking about the internet and phone data services. THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY SUCK !

Still trying to fix my phone. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. My phone still doesn't work but they have every effort to try to get it to work!

Bravo Metro PCS for the horrible customer service that I received today!!! Store advertises unlimited plan for one line is $45 dollars per month. Told me that since I was getting a free phone and didn’t have my ID that I was required to pay $69 per month. I paid the $69 activation fee as required but then thought about how I could save $20+ per month if I would return the phone and just go home and get my ID and come back. I took the phone back in the store and asked to return the phone. I was told that I could return the phone but would not be refunded the activation fee. I asked if at the time of purchase was it mentioned that there were no refunds for the activation fee…especially since that policy wasn’t posted anywhere in the store. I was told rudely by another salesperson that it states no activation fees are refunded on the receipt. I asked why wasn’t that mentioned at the time of purchase and he stated because he didn’t have to say it because it is on the receipt. When I got home and checked the receipt it does actually state that “RETURN POLICY IS FOR NEW DEVICE ACTIVATIONS ONLY”. In order to not cause a scene, I informed the salesperson that I would leave a very nice review for them and the service that they provided. So as promised here is your review Sir’s thank you so very much for the outstanding customer service that you provided to this US Army Veteran and local business owner trying to support your business today! I will NEVER and I mean EVER shop here or recommend anyone else to do business here again.

This guy Tom is ah-maz-Zing!!!!!!! After problems with a different store he was kind, Courteous, quick and efficient!! By far the best personal metro experience i have ever had!!!!!

Wait time was insane. I waited 30 minutes and actually came back to the store and had to wait more. Lady was rude and rushing us to pick phones and Then tried making it better by saying if we rate them 5 stars she will give my kids free headphones if I screenshot and show them I gave a good review. Biggest issue with me is I “purchased” insurance..... come to find out 2 weeks later when a screen shattered that’s “supposed” to be covered I don’t have insurance!!!! Disappointing and I would rather take my money elsewhere. FYI phones are slow and I always have to put the two phones I purchased on my hotspot to get any internet
