Dedicated, friendly I will only come to this location when I need a local branch! After having a horrible experience at the battlefield location I came here. CeCe worked hard to correct what the problem was. And after being without a phone since Monday and it was now Wednesday CeCe was a breath of fresh air! Not being able to view the screen on my old phone made things difficult but she worked through it with grace! Even when metro pcs main customer service and their supervisor was rude and unhelpful she still kept pushing to fix my phone! Only if all agents were like her the company would be better off! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Ok bought a phone 1 day and it worked for 2weeks. Brought it back to the store instead or them swapping it out they say make a claim. I did claim came they did not contact me. I filed another claim. Still waiting no service but I have paid for service. Please don't waste your time at this place. The phones are cheap but they also don't work. I will say try Boost they are a alot better. Metro Pcs was booming their products are terrible. To add to this i have numerous times to check to see if my replacement phone has arrived. I get no answer an no one has contacted me. That may be bc my phone doesn't work the correct way. I want a refund for my phone. Yall are selling defective phones and you know it. On 1/28/25 i am still trying to get a new phone that works. This will be another month that no one has tried to help me get a new phone. I will be contacting the BBB on this metropcs. Even the CS online dont know how to assist me. Waiting for a supervisor.

Edit: ended up going to a different location and now I'm with T-Mobile.

Extremely untrained understaffed and slow if you need to do anything at all in person good luck I’ve been in line for an hour already my next month bill will be due by the time I get to pay this one

Stephanie helped me with porting my number over from straight talk they was giving me a hard time but Steph took her time and got me straight with my s23 with the bundle care pack love this location very helpful and good customer service definitely recommend this location to everyone
