Had a fantastic experience at Mini Price. From the initial phone call, to the day of getting my unit, every single person I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. The facility is immaculate and the moving trucks they provide were very helpful! Very happy with my choice of using them for my storage needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! I spoke with Jessica when I called in to make a payment and she was Most pleasant and personable! I was met with such bright & positive energy when she answered the phone! Her energy was truly infectious!
Even the welcoming staff at the Hebert Lane location was really great & super friendly!! I wish I remembered the two young ladies’ names who got me all set up! And come to think of it, every single interaction I’ve had with Mini Price’s staff has been really top notch! Thank you for being such great examples of how to provide exceptional customer service, each of you!

Extremely easy process to reserve space. Toured the next day to determine size of unit. Very clean, very nice facility. Everyone involved was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Super friendly staff! I forget my code sometimes and they are always nice and helpful to get me into the facility. Even during busy times there are plenty of trollies to get your stuff moved. Only once have I run into a lot of people there and the parking and unloading was tight, but every other time it has been pretty quiet and I can pull right by the door.
