Just want to give a shout out to Michael, the owner, for helping me when I was in a crunch situation. He is very knowledgeable and patient and gave me the time I needed to figure things out. He and is staff are so attuned to customer service. MRO Computers also set up my Windows 11 and did an excellent job to service my needs. The staff always take time to answer your questions and operate with integrity. I have no hesitation to recommend MRO Computers. Also want to thank Michael for his military service for our country.

If you're looking to support a local business with actual professionals that produce top-notch results, this is the place. I'm ONLY coming here with any future computer problems.Took my desktop in for service and he fixed it right then and there. Ran a diagnostics, zeroed in on the problem quickly and solved it. He wanted to charge me far less than he deserved for the service as well.Only complaint I have was he gave my daughter 3 pieces of chocolate and she was bouncing off the walls! Seriously though, thanks a lot, Mike and Dave. Outstanding work, and I appreciate you incredible support for our nations military servicemembers.

Spilled coffee on my laptop and was hoping to be able to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it is irreparable. Michael took the time to help me look up warranties and brainstorm economical ways to replace it. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. I'll definitely be back for future computer needs.

The owner of this store is very good towards veterans and first responders. When I told him I was looking for a new computer and that I had been accepted into the VA Fire Academy, instead of trying to sell me a computer himself or order one and up-charge me, he instead looked up a sale at Best Buy and found me a computer to the specs I wanted at 300 dollars off. He lost out on a sale just do me a service. That is integrity.

I’ll definitely be coming here again if I need help with my pc :) I brought my gaming pc here because it had stopped working out of nowhere. I got to meet such a nice man his name was Michael ! He’s so understanding and talked me through every step and process he would do.He got to find what was wrong with my pc within minutes and come to find out , my cpu was overheating. Michael was already steps ahead on what he was going to do and I can’t thank him enough, price was fair and I got to get my pc cleaned in the process as well. I also want to give a big thanks to David who also worked on my pc. He kept me updated through the whole thing. I paid for a new cpu, Michael and David both got it done within a week . I got to get my pc back before Christmas, all thanks to them. I would recommend coming here, Both of these two guys will definitely have you in good hands!!
