I have had a membership almost 4yrs and never had a bad experience with any of my services, massages, tint, brows or the capsule. My only concern now is learning that membership clients will only be able to get membership discounts for other services on specified days only. Don't like this change at all and no real reason of why.

My wife and I went for a couples massage. I had Sarah and my wife had Kelsie. Sarah was spot on applying pressure in areas I wanted her to focus on. I received excellent massage I almost fell asleep relaxing! Anna was also happy with her massage that went very well. Sarah and Kelsie were both very professional and friendly. We definitely had an exceptional experience and will come back again. Way to go, Sarah and Kelsie!

Love everything about this place! I have been coming here for 9 years and have never been disappointed. My daughter in law gets me a gift card every holiday and it's always my favorite gift. The Spa Cap is my personal favorite, but every service I have tried was worth my time. Decent prices too! Will be back again and again and again!

My technician is Alicia. I have been going to her for several years and have never been disappointed when I go. Every time I go to the spa, which is once a month, she is always so very accommodating and very professional. She gives you her undivided attention and she always treats you with respect. She definitely knows her craft and is a vital asset to Natural Element Spa. She needs and deserves a RAISE!! Thank you.

I love this spa! I have been going there on and off for years. It is such a relaxing experience, from check in to check out. All of the massage therapists are amazing, but my current one, Mrs. Taylor, is the best so far! My neck and back feel great after yesterday's massage and knots were loosened that I didn't even realize I had. My husband and I often give each other gift cards here and have never had a problem with redeeming them. The front desk staff is also welcoming and friendly. If you want a great spa experience, look no further!

I booked a 50- minute massage with Sarah. It was very relaxing and the salt stones were helpful for my back pain. Sarah applied the right amount of pressure and was very methodical! I felt so relaxed! Booked a couples massage for next month! Thank you, Sarah!

I have been going to natural elements for several years and have always had a great experience, so my sons purchased gift cards for both me and my husband. We tried multiple times to book together, and they could never accommodate us. I called with a concern that our gift cards were going to expire and they assured me that they were honored for 1 year/ 3 months. We finally got an appointment booked to do couples massage and yes, we had confirmed our appointments, but on the day of the massage, my husband came home very sick and was confirmed positive for covid. I called the salon, and the person answering the phone was very rude and told me I would be charged the cancellation fee, and before I could even respond the phone was disconnected. As I was trying to call the salon back, they left a message saying that they were still going to honor my gift cards, but because I hung up the phone, now they would no longer honor the gift cards at all??? I didnt hang up ??? I said I was going to follow up with a manager, but it left such a distaste and at this point felt like we would never get good service and opted to not reschedule. Now out the $250 gift card.

My dad gave me a gift certificate here for my birthday and I'm so glad he did. Not only was everyone incredibly nice, but they were also incredibly accommodating. I have an unfortunate nut allergy that can make simple things like massages, salon visits, and manicures/pedicures nerve-wracking and they took such care that I was able to fully relax during my visit. They've definitely gained a customer.
