This is my local NFCU. I love the location, the people, and the huge parking lot.This location is so friendly and fast.The seating area is comfy and spacious. There are four teller stands.

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!.I am proud to say I have been a member ever since I moved to this area, they have never treated my wrong in any way. So from being a long time member with all the benefits from a credit union I can say I'm glad I decided to join! So if you're not a member, what are you waiting for? All you need to do is be a armed forces member or you can be sponsored by one at any time!.. I also believe credit unions are better than regular banks. ( remember this review is based solely on my opinion alone ) see my beginning slogan ;-)

Our family loves Navy Federal Credit Union and in particular this branch. They finally finished their remodel and it looks great. Their employees are always very friendly and accommodating. You always have a friendly person helping you either on the phone or in person. Very competitive car loan rates. Definitely deserve five stars!

Becca is the lady to go to! I had some compromised accounts that I needed to get new accounts for and cancel the compromised ones on top of new cards and automatic transfers remedied. Her and the other three ladies were extremely diligent on fixing my issues and very nice! They all stayed about an hour past closing...on a Saturday!! Thanks ladies!! You saved my butt! And my money!

Staff here is very friendly. Even amid a pandemic the staff here manages to keep lines in order and patrons moving quickly without fuss. This location is new, as in just built from the ground up. All fixtures are new, modern and very sleek. The same family friendly services are available and there seems to always be a notary on staff. Also there is ample parking and a drive thru with more than on lane for your convenience! Happy Eating Yeeps!!

I waited in line for about an hour in an attempt to make a deposit. Poor customer service here & at all of the branches I've visited in this area. Choose another bank if you value your time & the way you're treated

I don't have an account with NFCU, but I occasionally have business with them. This location is a fairly good size, tends to be very busy, yet I never feel like my wait is overly long. Every teller has been courteous, professional and thorough, even when the lines were super long or they were dealing with the occasional system outage.
