Perfect! …everything was perfect from my initial move in to my move out day. Amanda was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend Ocean Storage on Battlefield to my family and friends. The facility was always very clean very well lit. I always felt safe. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Prices are great and the units are nice, but it’s hard to get a hold of the management office sometimes. If they fixed that, it would easily be a five star place. I still recommend them!

So far we have not had any problems while renting the storage unit. The building is nice and it is easy to get things loaded in and out of the unit.

Ocean Storage Edinburgh is an excellent facility. Management was always very helpful and professional. Facility is well maintained, very clean, and always very easy to access. Cost is reasonable.

I’ve used many storage unit companies in the past, but none of them hold a candle to this location!!! Cindy and Andrea were both super courteous and worked with me on pricing, and also great for conversation. Facility is flawless, security is great with PIN codes and lots of cameras throughout! Air conditioning controlled units are nice and cool easing the hardships of moving. I also really appreciated the music they played throughout the facilities is a really nice touch!!! Facilities also had plenty of flat bed cargo carts to go around and there’s multiple extra large cargo elevators you get to use for 2nd floor units. Overall I’d give 6 Stars if I could. If I had to make a ding on anything it would only be that it’s not currently a 24hr location but I’m sure they have their reasons for not. They are also Military Friendly making this a Top Choice for military families! I actually feel like I’m getting a great value for my money!

Andrea was great! The process to rent a storage unit was super easy, the facility is impeccable and well laid out for easy access to the units. Locks are readily available to purchase along with packing supplies and even water & coffee!
