“No matter what the need, Emillie can figure it out. I live 3 miles from the Lansdowne OM. When I found out E.illie transfered to Greenbrier, I began to come here. She always tries to work your needs in. Unlike the other associate. She's to busy walking around or informing you of the rules and that you can use self service. If I would have wanted that, I would have done it. My time as a customer is important to me as well....I don't want to sit and keep adjusting and fidgeting and maneuvering something when an associate clearly has the knowledge to assist. If Emillie isn't there, I won't get what I need done.”
