I purchased a refrigerator from an estate sale and though it took 2 hours for me to get it out of the house due to some of the homeowner's DIY fixes, the staff was very nice throughout. Special shout out to Jackie who worked with me to get it out the door. So overall I would use them again.

Kim and Kevin were awesome to work with! My husband and I are maximalists and their auctions had so much stuff that we used to decorate our home. Highly recommend checking them out
