Excellent service! I was called to inform me of work progress & time when car would be ready for pick-up. The work done on my Lexus was very good. Looks brand new. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone who wants quality work.

I didn’t wanna say anything because they actually fixed my car well,they had my car for about a week,before i turned in my car to them my car was cleaned out by my bf..i get my car back..it’s infested with ants. For the 3 years i’ve had my car i’ve never had this problem till i left it there and got it back..i called it them and their response to the situation was, “ well we kept your doors shut and locked..” like that will justify ants making there way inside my car then they bombed my car..when i came and picked it up from the bombing they said they didn’t see anything..within 5 min from me driving off, 3 ants had crawled on me.. idk if their lot for cars they are working on is in grass or what the situation may be but just be aware,and it was like they didn’t even want to bomb my car i had to keep calling and calling to ask.

Update: I had a bunch of change in my ashtray (maybe 2-5$ in quarters, cents etc). And it was completely empty when I picked up my car. That is so petty… Took 2 months to have my car ready (even though it wasn’t anything crazy). Rejected my car 3 times. Please, go elsewhere. All the locations in 757 are managed by the same person.
Do yourself a favor and as MANAGER said take your car somewhere else . I picked this body shop from USAA list because they have good reviews. Maybe management changed, who knows. But manager Glenn should not work with people. Very rude, unprofessional, has no professional ethics. I rejected their job twice because of how poorly they fixed my back bumper and also put new dents and paint chips on my car. I rejected job second time because color of repaired part and existing doesn’t match at all. Manager snapped at me, started yelling, said I can take it somewhere else and they will cover it. I’m not sure that he’s competent on how insurance works. Shut the door on me and locked it in front of my face. Lady at the front desk was very nice, she was apologetic for his behavior.
If you read this review, please, stay away from this shop as general manager is in control of their quality and he has very low standards. He will give you low quality job and hope that you will not say anything.

They kept me in loop from the time they received my car until it was ready for pickup. They actually completed the work 3 days earlier than promised. They were friendly, courteous and explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions.

They steal! Stole change from center console, went through child's belongings, and stole a weapon from the trunk. Do not come here!

I really wanted to leave a good review because my car was actually fixed nicely….but someone from this company really went through my items and stole from me and I specifically asked the company was there a reason for the techs to have to go through my trunk and I was told no which is why I made the decision to leave them there thinking there are still good humans in this world. They didn’t even have the decency to close my things back up after taking from me. My trunk literally look like it had been ransacked!!! They even went through my child’s things! I know exactly how I left it and I left it that way with purpose. People have no decency or integrity anymore. I’m so upset. Whoever you are I wish nothing but TERRIBLE karma on you and your family times 10. For what you did to me and for anyone else….may it happened to YOU times 20. You WILL reap what you sow. Yall literally have con artists at your shop!

I will start by saying the only reason this company had my business in the first place was because at the scene of accident, the manager was very nice and concerned which showed amazing customer service.
After that, it has been a nightmare to have my vehicle here. I was sent an authorization form with the front desk lady gave me the option of email or coming in person, i chose email as it is more convenient. It was not sent as an attachment so i did what i could to sign it and send it back, i asked if it was sufficient enough to have my car start being worked on and was told yes. I also called to verify the next day and was told everything was good to go.
This place had never called me with an update on my car i had to call several times to get an answer/speak with someone, come to find out they haven't even touched my car because the "authorization was not signed" i asked to speak to a manager and he was unapologetic about the whole situation. This place has had my car for a total of two weeks and did not even touch it or get the work started.
I called yesterday to ask for an update and was told it would be getting towed to the dealership, WITHOUT my knowledge or even a simple heads up on where my car would be.
The front desk lady is incompetent and simply cannot do her job, when asked for updates i was told two different things by her and the manager. I now have to go out of my way to get the car towed to another place who can start on it same day all while its been two weeks and the car is in the same position i left it in with "Crash Champions"
Do yourself the favor AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
