Very unprofessional My friend came here to get repairs done to her car and when she returned to get it was ransacked and her gun was stole out her vehicle which she left in her trunk. No breaks ins on the lot no nothing just gone. Of course the business did absolutely nothing when the workers of this establishment are the ones who have the keys to repair the vehicle.

This wouldn't be the 1st place I'd recommend. I found their automated texts (vs. their personalized text updates) to be confusing if not downright frustrating. Just give me the personalized ones so you're not contradicting the automated ones that suggest your vehicle will be ready soon, only to be followed up shortly thereafter by a personalized text throwing your repair end date even further out. They lost, yes lost, the spring that went inside my gas tank lid, so after all the wait and delays, I had to bring my vehicle back there again. The women working here seemed apathetic and rude. One put my call on speaker phone while my husband had also called them from his line, and they tried causing an argument, never telling ME that I was on speaker phone at all!! My husband told me he heard everything I was saying quite clearly. They massively over billed USAA, based off other estimates, but I guess they can do that knowing it will get paid. After all the hold ups and delays, my husband's vehicle was then also damaged by heavy, large fallen road debris like mine had been THE NIGHT BEFORE MY CAR WAS READY. He took it to Rick Hendrick. Do your research before using this place! IMO

Replaced my broken headlight with a used one and my car was broken into while it was there and a grinder and other hand tools where stolen. Service manager did nothing. Said they didn't have cameras on the inside of the shop. Said he was gonna call me to update me on the situation, never got back to me. Terrible service. Take your car anywhere but here.

A MONTH TO REPAIR MILD DAMAGE to side of vehicle? I would hate to see how long it would take to complete repairs for a major collision! I’ll never come here again! And I’ll steer all of my friends and family FAR AWAY from this place!

I brought my Nissan Rogue Sport to this Crash Champions after an accident. Before the repairs, I had no warning lights on my dash. After they “completed” the work, I immediately started having issues — codes and warning lights that weren’t there before.
The paperwork shows they did an alignment, steering angle sensor, and radar calibration. Their pre-scan even showed a misfire code, but nobody ever told me about it. Instead of being upfront, the manager brushed me off and acted like it wasn’t their problem. He gave vague answers and seemed more interested in passing me off than explaining what was really going on.
I’m now left with a vehicle that doesn’t feel safe, additional diagnostic costs, and zero accountability from this shop. For a company that advertises a “lifetime guarantee,” I expected better communication and responsibility.
If you care about your safety and don’t want to get the runaround, think twice before trusting this location with your car.

Very slow in communication, as to no communication at all if you do not call in yourself. Their timeframe is way off by like a week and would not communicate that as well. Very bad customer service from the clerk desk and all involved in this establishment

Only gave the a star because of Mr. Glen... he was exceptional when helping me, doing the best he could with the staff he had.
I will never use them again. I had an insurance claim for a major accident. they had my car for 7 months. Required me to get a diag from my usual car guru, i had to pay for it. Crash champions did not reimburse me. Finally got my car back, had the doors were improperly installed, mind you, they left off a vital part for the doors. Waited another 3 months or so for the parts to supposedly com in from Germany, just to take my car back a 3rd time and the driver door is not installed properly again. Now I have to slam the door , which I didn't before. I also have a running light malfunction, which I didn't before. After the accident I had a transmission indicator come on... I asked them to make sure it is corrected. I really don't believe they did anything except throw my car together and hope I wouldn't notice. My husband did! I am so disappointed in the service on my car not to mention the rude receptionist . (not Yvonne) The experience was very frustrating from the jump. The car really should have been totaled, is what I was told later.

Only go here for an insurance claim. Very clearly trying to suck money out of jobs. Honestly terrible experience start to finish. My car was backed into in the driveway with a dent and minor clearcoat damage to the passenger door. I made an appointment for an estimate. I showed up about 10 minutes early. The lady at the counter had no interest in getting me taken care of. I waited for roughly 45 minutes before Alex, the estimator was able to help me. We went and looked at the car, she took a few photos and said that her AI estimator app wasn’t working right and would have to wait and email me the estimate later. The next day I get the estimate in the late afternoon. $2673??? Clearly it is AI written, and even admitted before that it was, because it is estimating the entire right side of the car to be painted and blended. Any professional would see this and think they are crazy. I bring up this ridiculous quote to Alex also mention I have a quote in hand from an actually more reputable shop in the area for $932. Alex essentially tells me she has 10 years of experience and good luck at another shop. Extremely unprofessional from every interaction and step in the process.

The team corrected the door. And was delivered earlier. This was second time with them. The repairee my ground bumper before. As the did a awesome job with that one. I want to bring this one.
