Worst experience you could possibly imagine. I’ve called the PODs “help desk” so many times over the last 5 days and the only response I’ve gotten is something contradicting the last person I talked to about a delivery. I’m not sure how you have so many miscommunications on a delivery and have no way of tracking when things get dropped. I’ve been told the supervisors can call the “manager’s line” to the distribution facility but no one answers the phone or monitors email. I just need you to do better.
Don’t bother going with PODs.

I’ve used pods a couple times now and never been disappointed. This time I had Stephanie and she was for sure a five star driver. She went out of the way to text me prior to even getting the pod to make sure of the location she needed to put it. I feel like she went above and beyond and I appreciate that so much.

Just emptied my container at this location Greg’s a fantastic guy. Only hang up was a computer system issue at no fault of Greg’s but it was made up for by his quick and safe operation of the lift.

I had a great experience with PODS for my move—especially thanks to our driver, Stephanie. She arrived right on schedule, placed the container exactly where I wanted it, and walked me through everything clearly. She was friendly, professional, careful with the placement, and made a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. Highly recommend her and PODS for anyone moving or needing storage!

Just stopped by to take our first look at a POD. As we walked over to the office, Greg was operating the forklift and moving PODS. After he safely shut down the forklift, he came over and met us. We walked into the office and he explained the PODS process and then proceeded to show us the two sizes and the inside of each. He was outstanding in all of our interactions with him. Greg is a people person with a great personality and seems to love his job. We will most likely be taking the steps necessary to use a POD to move our daughter across the country in the next 6 weeks. Thank you Greg!

Stephanie is a true professional and the right person to represent the PODS company. She notified me when she was in route to for pickup or drop off. She arrived on time and placed the POD in the location requested with no discrepancies. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie for several drop offs and pickups during my move.
I will recommend PODS to my friends and family because of her wonderful service.

Our experience with PODS was great. Brandy and Greg were both very helpful in making sure we had access to our pod when needed. Overall just a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

PODS turned what should have been a simple move into an absolute nightmare. We used them to move from Norfolk to Chesapeake, unpacked everything, and had the PODS picked up on time. Weeks later, their collection center started harassing us, claiming we still have a POD and demanding storage fees. That’s a blatant lie — the units were at our house and picked up within the scheduled time frame.
To make matters worse, they keep calling my wife — who rented the PODS — over and over, refusing to listen to us or check their own records. When my wife called customer service, they told her a supervisor wasn’t available. But the moment I got on the phone and demanded a supervisor, suddenly one appeared. It’s clear they thought they could pull one over on her just because she’s a woman, and that is unacceptable.
Instead of fixing their mistake, they just keep repeating the same nonsense and trying to bully us into paying for storage on a container that doesn’t exist. It feels like a scam — they’re trying to squeeze money out of us for something we no longer have. The lack of accountability, integrity, and respect for customers is unbelievable.
If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far away from PODS. They’ll happily take your money, accuse you of keeping equipment you don’t have, harass your family with calls, and even play games based on who’s on the phone. Absolutely disgraceful company. I wouldn’t trust them to move a box across the street.
