Purchased a pair of Hokas for my high school daughter to use training for track and was helped by Andrea. She was most professional and accommodating and the whole staff, made sure everything was top-notch. Would highly recommend this amazing store!

What can I say, from the moment that I walked into the store I was greeted with open arms. It sounds odd you may say but the experience, and the customer service will leave you with why aren't more businesses getting right. My #1 running shoe store hands down.

Whether you are new to running or an experienced marathoner, Point2 is always the best place to get fitted for the right performance running shoes. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They make it such a fun experience!

This was my first time in Point 2 and the staff was great. Adriana assisted me by asking if I had ever been tested b4. I told her the recommendation of running ect. And she was able to pair me up with multiple shoes. She pulled out several shoes for me to try on. When I didn’t find the right shoe she went and got more for me to try. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her or did she try to rush me. She was very knowledgeable when I asked questions and thank her for being able to answer all my questions. She paired me with the perfect shoe for now. I haven’t wore them to workout in but the service was great. The reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of color for my perfect shoe in my size. Unfortunately I had to settle in color but needed the shoe. Everything else was great. I will get my next pair from here.

I have been to this place multiple times and the customer service is EXTREMELY HELPFUL & EXCELLENT!!! I went there today and they were closing early for their holiday event and it was 5:06 and the young lady came out to me and said come in no problem. I know how it is when you are trying to do an event and a customer comes in last minute! I was very surprised that she came outside and she insisted on helping me ... ?? you all will always have my business

My go-to running store. Great selection of shoes, apparel, and running accessories. They can also special order in many items as well which is great if you are looking for a particular style/color they may not carry at the store. Staff is always friendly and super helpful whether you are just getting into running or logging 50 miles a week. Highly recommend!

I’m not really a runner, but with a trip to the French Alps scheduled right before my hip replacement surgery, I knew I needed supportive, comfortable shoes to get me through and help make my trip as enjoyable as possible! Happy to report that these shoes are doing exactly what I needed them to do! Can’t recommend the personal attention and problem solving skills of these Point 2 employees enough! Thanks!

Michelle was awesome! I had a budget, and she stayed with in that. She listened to my needs, measured me feet a few different ways. She found a shoe in the style I like and also was able to include some extras within my budget. I'd definitely recommend this store and ask for Michelle I know she'll give you that top not customer service.
