We just purchased a new Acura TLX from Priority Acura and the experience was great. Mike Lea handled our purchase. Mike is low key and is not a high pressure sales person. Mike is VERY knowledgable about his product and made sure the purchase process was seamless from start to finish. Great experience at Priority Acura!!!

I would not recommend this dealership. Bought a car over the weekend and took them 3+ hours to close the deal. They also spelled my name wrong despite having my ID... They claimed they fixed it, but I just spoke with the lender and it was still incorrect. Now I have to go through a validation process to get it corrected. Not only that, but they tried to sneak in a long list of upcharges to squeeze me for more money (initially $4k+ over listing price). Days later I am trying to call in to ask about some license plates they owe me and they won't even pick up the phone.
@Priority Acura - Give me a call back or I'll be coming there in person to get this straightened out.

Called parts, when associate answered I told him I was looking for a specific part for my Acura. Told him the year, make and model and even let him know I had the vin for him as well as the part number if he was ready. He asked me if I’d be willing to stay on a brief hold and I told him yeah man, no worries!
Turns out he played me. He was never coming back because he was on his way to his car. Left me on hold for over 30 mins until they closed for something that would have taken all of 5 mins to search. For a “luxury auto dealer”, their employees really showed their backsides today including the service advisor who initially took my call. I’ll try Hall Acura in the morning.

I recently purchased a new Acura MDX with Priority and I’m extremely pleased with the sales staff. Ashley was professional and courteous through the entire process. She text me on a Sunday answering my questions about the vehicle and its availability. She came in on her day off to work closing the deal. I hope the service department is as proficient as the sale staff.

I love going to Priority Acura to get service done for my TLX as well as my other vehicles that are not acura Vehicles. I have always received reliable and trustworthy service and they’re very convenient with a close proximity to my home. I would recommend this dealership for service to anyone who wants good quality, workmanship, and dependability. I’m a little sad that they no longer offer the complimentary car wash after your vehicle has been serviced, but that’s a small price to pay for a reliable service.

I used Priority Acura for service while I was visiting Virginia for a week. They were great. Jessi was professional, clear with the multipoint inspection findings, and let me know of a few additional items that should be done. All the work was completed quickly and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes.
