Purchased a used car in September. That went great. Not long after having the car a service light comes on and I'm told not to drive. They forgot to reset something, no biggie. Fast forward to mid November and I take it for a routine oil change. Two days later my oil light comes on. I immediately stop, check my oil, low and behold...no oil on the dipstick. This was checked several times due to being stranded for 4 hours as I was told not to drive it again. They gave me the number to their tow service who informed me they couldn't come get me. I had to dish out for that. I had requested that the vehicle not be touched until I arrived the next morning. I arrived before open and here comes my car being driven. Shop foreman gets there after he parked it, pops hood and pulls dipstick. Magically there's more than enough oil on dipstick. They proceeded to come up with 101 excuses as to how or why I might have been mistaken. They informed me they checked it, drove it 15 miles and nothing happened and that I would just have to drive it and see what happens. I purchased a new "reliable" vehicle so I wouldn't have to play that game. Nobody wants to be stuck on the side of the road. As I was leaving without my car due to not finding a solution the women in the quick service who does check-ins told me that she would get a second opinion. VERY unsettling. This place sucks..However Hunter is a gem. A diamond in the rough. I could tell his hands were tied and he felt bad.I'm extremely disappointed with my overall experience. If you have your car serviced there take a minute to check things before you drive away!

The customer reps are fantastic. Professional and attentive. The system that is in place for check in is terrible. The fact that the waiting room is jammed and the offices are too small for the reps to pass by the customer. This "express" service area is garbage and shouldnt have even been opened until the correct systems were in place. One cust rep couldnt access her drawer becuse there was no key for it. Took 2 hours for an oil change in the express area. It was faster in the other side before you decided to "improve" things. If my car hadnt dropped in value so much i would trade it in and go buy from a different dealer just so i dont have to go sit in that building ever again. Maybe next time you guys should work out the bugs before opening and not send your customer reps to the slaughterhouse

Good service, but 4 hour wait for service completion with appointment is a bit over, to say the least. And no car wash when in 60's till I finally left doesn't seem right. Everyone was very nice and helpful, tho.

The service department is now divided into two separate units. The service that I came in for was simple oil change and tire rotation. When I registered for service the next morning, the service professionals provided the oil change and tire rotation immediately so I didn't need to leave my car!!! Hurray!!

I scheduled my appointment and showed up to the service center. After getting checked in outside, I went to the service advisor who told me I had to take my truck to the quick lube. I also have an issue with my cellular system in the truck and was told that I would have to leave it there for 8-10 days so they could diagnose it, however, there was a mobile technician that could call to schedule a diagnosis. The mobile tech didn't call until the next day. I asked if I could finish checking in there and the attendant who had already brought my truck into the lane could take it over. Was told no and that I would have to do the entire check in again over there. Called to get the shuttle to pick me up, and was knew I wasn't going to make it to the quick lube to get my truck before 5 so they moved it over to the service shop. When I got there the service advisor handed me my keys and told me the truck was in the parking lot and he didn't have anyone that could bring it around. My issue is this, first, they knew I was on my way why didn't they just pull it into the bay ready for me to pick up? Second, there might not have been a porter to bring the truck around, but the service advisor could have gotten it to maintain the highest customer satisfaction. At this point I will not use nor recommend the use of the service department and by extension the purchase of any vehicle from Priority Chevrolet or any other Priority dealership for that matter. I scheduled a diagnosis appointment with the Chevrolet dealership closer to me and while it is a few weeks out, don't have to leave it for 2 weeks."Priorities for Life" - The priority here is profit at the expense of customer satisfaction.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Zach Woods was an amazing sales person. He was super helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable anytime I had any questions or concerns. Zach was extremely helpful on the day I came back to pick up my vehicle with helping to set up the Chevy app and sync my phone to my new car. Overall, it was an excellence experience!

I always have a great experience with Priority Hyundai. I've been in numerous times for routine maintenance and two times at the collision center. I always deal with extremely polite employees who go above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I made an appointment at 9:30 to install two Mirror Puddle Lights and the safe box in the car. The receptionist took 40 minutes to complete my appointment. The installation of the two parts was not completed until 3:30 in the afternoon. Keep waiting, I don't know when it will end? Won't come again

We were just shopping for a used truck with low miles and good price. We stopped in to Priority Chevrolet and found the truck we were looking for and turned from shopping to buying. Sean was great and enjoyed working with him. We love Priority dealerships and the service we receive. Thank you!

Overall experience was great working with salesman James McPhearson. He had excellent customer service from the moment I walked on the lot. It took awhile for my car to come in but he kept me updated every step of the way and was happy to answer any questions I had! I would recommend him to anyone, he is amazing!!! I would definitely purchase a vehicle from him again.My review is losing one star not due to James, but due to the financial guy at the dealership. I forget his name, but he kind of ruined the experience of buying my first new car for me. I should of left the dealership happy but my experience with him killed my mood. I was having some card troubles when it came to payment, and instead of him being understanding he just made me feel even worse. I did not like my experience with him at all, and I didn't like how he talked to me.

Another month has gone by with ZERO contact from anyone at Priority. I will continue these negative reviews until they take this issue seriously. I'm not holding my breath though.

Took almost a week to get my truck even looked at and also tried to charge me for something under warranty then called me 1 minute before they closed and said I would have to pick up my truck tomorrow.!.!

Finding a Colorado pickup with the trailering package at this time was crazy. Patric and Jeff kept the search going for us and landed a great deal. They kept us in touch during the entire process. We highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new Chevy!

Service department has my vehicle for a month and half. Took 3 week for them to even look at it. So I finally got a diagnosis after a month and a half and part are on hand but every update is just one excuse after another about being shorthanded, big job, one excuse after another. They have me hostage at this point no end in sight, no estimate one when work will get done. July 12, 2023 brought in and it's now end of August they still have it. I see all the other reviews and all I'll get is a canned response to send an email. Been there done that. Now what? When can I get my vehicle back.Edit based on response below. I've been emailing for over a month with your reps. Why are you asking me to email another person? You can get a month worth of emails from your service department. I don't want to start another chain of emails with another person only to give me more excuses as to why you can't get it done. Please please get the job done asap.Edit September 4 update still not completed.Edit Sept 8 update. Still no progress no word on when the work will be completed.Edit Sept 13 update. Finally completed repairs. After almost 2 months at this shop I finally got it back. Good news they did a great job and repairs were covered under warranty. But it took 3 weeks parked there to even get looked at then another month to complete repairs. Be ready to give up your vehicle for a loooooong time if you take to this shop. Me I will not be returning to this shop.

Covid really hurt my feelings about Priority service. I have had numerous problems but this time, everything was back to normal. I used to be able to just drop in for an oil change and it would be done while I waited, this is no longer a good option as wait times have increased dramatically. They have also reduced the range of their shuttle so I am just outside of that range. That complicates things for me. However the service writers are still great to deal with (Orlando and Kris).
