From our initial visit, Mr. Winfrey was professional and realistic. We talked about my goals and both our expectations to achieve desired results. I’ve ever been made to feel uncomfortable in the gym with Mr. Winfrey, even when it was just the two of us. He takes the time to show you the workout, he make sure you’re doing it correctly, and it’s challenging. The gym it self is comfortable and intimate. I really feel Mr. Winfrey knows what he’s doing when it comes to training! I sometimes hate to get up and go, but when I leave I feel my best! Even down to the other members that pop in for their workout, they are friendly! Oh and one last thing, on your non training days, Mr. Winfrey encourages you to still come to the gym to do cardio! He definitely holds you accountable!!!!

Coach Winfrey is the ABSOLUTE BEST trainer! I’ve been training with him since October and man do I see PROGRESS!!! Progress Fitness is the absolute perfect name for Coach Winfrey’s fitness center! Coach Winfrey is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and most importantly caring. He works with individuals on various fitness levels and meets the needs of those that need modifications for certain exercises. I personally feel that I’ve gotten stronger in my strength training and see the weight loss/toning in my body! In the past I’ve spent money on trainers that didn’t really care about my needs or was able to meet the needs of my fitness goals but Coach Winfrey is exceptional! He was able to do wonders in such little time and for that I will always consider him my forever trainer. If you want results and a trainer who actually cares for their clients please do yourself the favor and join Progress Fitness I promise you Coach Winfrey will not disappoint!

One of the best decisions I've ever made! Mr. Winfrey is punctual, and professional and loves what he does. He is very invested in his clients and wants them to achieve their fitness goals. If you are a beginner or are just starting strength training, he is very patient and knowledgeable. This was hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am so grateful for Mr. Winfrey and Progress Fitness!

*****Love my results******I signed up for 10 sessions to jump start my weight loss journey after not being able to work out for a year.I chose Progress Fitness because it was the cheapest, closest to my house, and it supported my work schedule.I loved each tailored made workout session and I felt stronger each session I attended. Winfrey is very professional and friendly. He pushed me each sessions with my limitations but ensure I met my goal.

I've been a happy client of Progressive Fitness Gym for over four years. Each session with Winfrey challenges and motivates me to achieve a higher fitness level by never doing the same workout twice. Progressive Fitness is a small gym but has many ways to get you right. Winfrey welcomes all physical fitness levels and works with you based on your needs. He holds you accountable my monthly weigh ins, weekly food log checks and during every session with casual conversation. You might not like him during your work but when you walk past the mirror and see the results you have achieved; it's all worth it. A gym for everyone. Highly recommended

I truly enjoy each session that I have with Winfrey. He develops specialized trainings specifically for my body type and goals. We discuss nutrition and meal plans as well. I love that he listens to his clients. In addition, he sincerely cares about each client and their wellbeing. I give him 5 Stars!!! Winfrey is the absolute best!!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to change their life and become a healthier person.

I have been working with Progress Fitness for almost 5 months now. As an introvert it was really hard to reach out and begin this life changing journey. I felt welcomed and accepted on day one. Winfrey is wonderful, he listens to my concerns and we tackle them together. He is always on call 24/7 and encourages me everyday to do better. Whether its eating right or pushing harder, hes always there to support me!

Responds right away. I went to see his facility the same week I reached out to him and felt comfortable right off the bat. I always feel at ease when working out, even with others around. I’m a beginner and this is definitely the right place for me. Winfrey ensures he provides quality workout sessions and will push you to do better. He will work with you and your schedule and for someone who’s schedule is all over, this is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

He offers challenging workouts for all fitness levels, he has adapted to every health issue and circumstance I’ve had come up and he genuinely cares about my success and well-being!
