Just used prosource for cabinets, can’t say enough how easy they made the process for us! The cabinets are exactly what we wanted! Everyone there was so helpful and walked us through the stressful process with ease. Thanks again and we will definitely use again for our next remodel!!

ProSource in Chesapeake is an excellent place to see so many options for your flooring needs. I have worked with them on multiple projects and have always received the best experience. In this particular instance, I was helped by Veda. Knowing what I needed, she paired that information with what was readily available, allowing me to complete the work, on time and within budget. Positive note, they are much more affordable than Home Depot with the same or better quality.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars because I had a horrible, and am currently still having, an extremely negative and inconveniencing experience with Andrew from ProSource. I guess the only star they get here is for actually receiving the other materials for my full kitchen renovation that began in APRIL 2024. I have yet to receive the final glass for my only cabinet that needed a glass door (photo taken today 11/18/24 for proof).
Andrew kept avoiding us and giving us false timelines that were constantly extended without apology. The wrong sizes were ordered for the same cabinet originally which we had to continue to wait for.
It’s just been a huge inconvenience made worse by the lack of communication and transparency from this company’s service & sales team. The lack of accountability, honesty, and urgency to make things right should be something everyone considers before using ProSource for any home renovations.

Prosource helped me solve a problem with another remodel and the MANAGER, Patrick was very courteous and very willing to help me.
Will definitely get more supplies in the future from them.
