Terrible storage space, most of my things were ruined and some things missing. They cut the lock I purchased off of my unit and replaced without telling me. Sent an email stating that my storage unit was unlocked and unsecured. Would not recommend!

My storage unit was dirty with appearance of mold on the dilapidated roof lining and there was barely any maneuverability with a 6x12 uhaul trailer with a standard truck. After a few months, they wanted to raise the fee by 39%. I had only stayed initially because of the rate and not having the time to find another unit, pay for extension of the uhaul, and move my stuff again. But this increase is enough to move. I have never experienced this type of increase so soon after renting a unit.

I Rented the unit yesterday to move in today. Went to the unit and it was horrible. Had water damage to roof and mold everywhere. So I canceled the unit and they only returned my 20 dollars for a lock. The person there was rude and had zero customer. And why I’m I not getting a full refund for a unit I never moved in!!! No star!!!!!! Don’t rent there!!
