This is the WORST STORAGE IN HISTORY. The unit was dirty and dusty as heck. No cleaning and no preparation except trying to charge $23.00 for a lock. And try to charge extra money on top. I have a bad electric bulb in my unit and they refuse to fix it. Stating they don’t service the units only the hallway. 1 week after moving into the unit I had to make a complaint to HR about the property manager. This is a tremendously Terrible situation and they dont have the respect for the tenant and I’ll be moving OUT after 2 months. I HATE THIS PLACE . Don’t go there. They have ocean storage that’s clean have good electrical connections and also other places.

As much as I like their convenience and storing my stuff here. The number one thing that really really gets to me is that there is no email address to contact them. You HAVE to sit on the phone with them via calling or messaging. Very very frustrating and inconvenient.Update, was called pretty quickly after this review, I just didn't get to update it. They addressed my concerns, but still not 5 stars because you HAVE to call them, no messaging or emails.
