Been using Q-Cleaners for many years. Never had a problem, the couple work hard and have always been pleasant with me. Not the most outgoing and English is not their first language so any work out of the ordinary it is on the customer to insure communication is understood. Just ask questions to clarify. I have had to do that. But everything is always well cleaned and pressed. My only compliant is their location now with all the traffic getting across the canal..... it is a nightmare for me to get there.

Staff is extremely RUDE!!! I took my business elsewhere!!! They are 2 minutes and convenient to my home but I will drive 10 minutes or more to get REAL customer service!!!!

I brought my Army AGSU in to get my sleeves altered and items sewn on. I gave the tailor a pamphlet and circled everything she needed to sew with measurements. I came back and 2 out of 5 items were sewn correctly. The tailor lost the pamphlet I gave her so I gave her directions on what needed to be fixed. I came back and 2 items were still not correct. I am taking it to someone else to correct.I wouldn’t say the folks here are rude but they’re definitely not nice and the work just wasn’t correct, in this instance. Not gonna bring anything else back here, which is frustrating because they’re close to our house.

I DO NOT recommend that anyone who values being treated kindly as a customer use this cleaners. I have been going back and forth with the rude male who works there for days now. He is nasty and impatient when you ask questions and they're the ones who mixed up the pickup date for my items that I gave them for sewing/alteration. He had no consideration when I wanted to leave the jacket there so the seamstress could alter it because I work and couldn't drop it off during her working hours without being late. He literally shrugged his shoulders when I told him I had to work at 7:00. I have been running around trying to get this alteration for a retirement that I was asked to be in at the last minute (which isn't uncommon in a military area like this one) and all this location has done is increase my stress. I really wish we had more options of cleaners/tailors to use because although this location is closest to my home I would rather drive a further distance if it means being treated like a valued customer. It's almost like these shops don't care how they treat you because they know you don't have a lot of options to choose from. Worse experience in 16 years of service!!!Service: Organic dry cleaning

I will never return to this cleaners. The man behind the counter is rude and dismissive. Regardless of the service they perform, my dignity and respect is worth so much more. I will take by business elsewhere.

Dropped off suits coat and dress for dry cleaning and some alterations on my pants. Picked up my clothes and the attention to detail was perfect! They have a little room for changing when doing alterations.

I use this cleaner for regular laundering of shirts mostly and some rare dry cleaning. They do a nice consistent job and things are done when promised. The gentleman that works there keeps things very business like with no small talk so don’t expect a “Welcome to Moes “ when you come through the door. But hey, I’m there to get clean shirts - right?!? At $3 a shirt, I think they are on the high end for the area but very little competition and very convenient for me.
