Real Estate Agents in Chesapeake, VA

“We give our highest recommendation for Jim, who has provided exceptional service as our realtor across three separate occasions.
Our professional relationship began in 2021 when relocating from Hawaii to Virginia Beach to purchase our first home. Jim carefully considered our requirements and budget, remotely guiding us through the process and helping us secure a property within a month. In 2024, we engaged his services again to sell our home. Thanks to his preparation advice and professional marketing, the property sold in less than one week.
Most recently, during our relocation from California back to Virginia, Jim assisted us in establishing an effective timeline and leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Hampton Roads market to find a wonderful home, again purely remote with FaceTime videos, house layouts, private YouTube videos, so we knew what we were buying.
Jim has consistently demonstrated patience, kindness, and deep expertise in real estate. We highly recommend him!”

“I can't recommend Kelvin and April Reed enough! They were professional from start to finish. They took their time listening to what was most important to us, shared up to date market details and got our home sold fast for full asking price! Truly a top real estate team in Chesapeake, VA. You can't go wrong if you choose them to sell your home!”

“My family and I rented a home through The Real Estate Group in Chesapeake, VA and were very impressed with how smooth and professional the business is run. Our property manager was Cristie Braemer. We moved from out of state so we had to rent sight unseen. Cristie was so great at making sure we had all of the info we needed and made the move much less stressful. She was helpful, friendly, attentive, and professional. She really made our rental experience a positive one!
Compared to previous renting experiences with other companies, TREG holds a higher standard for the properties that they manage. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a rental in the Chesapeake area reach out to Cristie Braemer!”
