Currently wearing my 4th pair of Red Wings over the last 10 years. Bought them all from the Chesapeake store, which is small but has never been out of what I'm looking for. My latest purchase several months ago was the Apex boot with Boa Closure, and they are epic. The boots feel like athletic shoes, and the Boa closure is awesome.
My latest interaction was when one of the wires for the Boa system pulled loose from the winder. The young lady working at the Chesapeake store fixed them quickly and told me the Boa system has a lifetime warranty when I tried to pay for her work. And she did this while working alone in the store and helping another customer at the same time. Amazing customer service and awesome boots (expensive, but worth every penny).

I recently purchased a pair of Red Wing WORX slip-on boots with the help of El, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. El was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. When I needed to exchange the boots due to a defect, she made the entire return seamless and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Thanks to El, I ended up with the right pair of boots and a great experience. Highly recommend!

Brought boots in February seams came apart in April. I thought were under warranty couldn't fix the seam put some kind of epoxy on them and gave them back customer service was awful. Last pare .

Hands down best experience at any retail store. Took boots in for warranty and was told it would take up to 2 days. Left and about 15 mins later they called and my boots were done ready to be picked up. Mind you this was an hour before closing for the weekend. Best customer service!! Thank you to the 2 working Saturday 4/19. I wish I would have got your names.

I truly had a great experience at the Battlefield Blvd. location. The staff was very professional and the store was clean and organized. I had to order my boots and I look forward to going back to this store to pick them up! Way to go Red Wing!

Went to the store to buy some new work boots. The associate worked with me for a while to find a set that was comfortable and that I liked. I swear he brought up like 8 sets for me to try. It was closing time by the time I purchased the boots, and he stayed back to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Left there happy and satisfied. Great experience.

On 4/17/2024@5:15pm we were greeted by Raheem. He was professional and listened to what we were needing. Now that we know he's there,we will definitely be returning. He's a keeper!
