a bunch of thieves, charged my grandma for something she no longer has, when asked why and stated we want a refund said they would call us back, she has not heard from them and they keep giving excuses to why they can't give her an answer right away when we do get though to them ( because they hardly ever answer phone) and always said she will get a call back.

The promo makes no sense. The fact that I pay my $10 and then have to follow up with another payment isn’t fair. Then allowing me to pay my money and the set I picked not even be available. I haven’t heard from the associate at the store in a couple days. This just wasn’t a great experience for me.
