Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.

Edith was extremely nice and helpful. The one "trainer" her could have been a lot more helpful and kept ignoring her when she would ask what she needed to do next.

BEWARE!!I wish I had a good experience. Rented a recliner for 1 month. Needed to return sooner and was told couldn't get refunded for 20 days I didn't need the recliner. How crazy is that! If I rent a car for 30 days and only need it for 10, I am only charged the time I have actually rented the car. Seems only fair would be the same here. After being hung up on called back to speak with manager of Military Highway office. I was the manager was on the phone with district manager and I would be called back. I asked for district manager number. Called and spoke to rep in CS who said I should get my refund and district manager would call me. TodY the manager tells me she doesn't understand how CS could say that since they are just a message center. That was almost 2 weeks ago. No phone calls returned. I called office today and finally spoke to manager. She said she didnt get message, new staff, short staff etc. She said I would not be refunded unless I had put additional 500 down on recliner. I explained that reps need to explain to customer. Especially since this was done over the phone. Manager said the charge included delivery, well had it not been for my son I doubt the driver would've got recliner in the house. I told manager I will not recommend this company to anyone. The manager said to me "I am sorry sweetie". I told her please don't call me sweetie!!! Life is full of lessons learned. This is one of them. I asked manager to have district manager call me. Let's see if I get a call.

I rented quite a few things from this location very friendly and helpful staff
