Every time I go to pick up a prescription from this pharmacy there is an issue! Got here 10 minutes till closing last night and they would not fill my prescription, ok fine. The lady said it would be ready in the morning. Got here and it still is not ready! This lady said give me 10 minutes. If that’s all it takes, why couldn’t it have been filled last night?! To add, there was nobody waiting in drive thru nor inside!

Don't waste your time shopping here, this store has almost nothing on their shelves. I've tried shopping here a few times because of convince but always end up leaving to go elsewhere to buy what I need.
It always looks like they are going out of business.
Either closed down or get serious about stocking shelves!

But shelves are empty in many aisles
Either they're going to close or someone is not ordering what they need

Use to love this pharmacy. Was my go to. But now...for the past almost year they have had no merchandise. Not sure how it is still open but they are hanging on by a thread. Then I go in there today and the rude lady at the register would not give me her name when I called once I got home to file a complaint. They then hung up on me because I continued to request her name. I will just call customer care and place my complaint but needless to say they have lost a long standing customer after today.

Quite a crowd in the stores that are left after the whole issue with Rx. It is a shame the people who work there are swamped. I am currently hunting for a new pharmacy.

I was forced to use this location since Rite Aid closed the other location that was 1000% better. This place is slower than a snail stuck on molasses in the Arctic. I’m going to have to find a new pharmacy if this location doesn’t improve fast. Time is money and currently this location owes me a lot of money.

I stopped by the Rite Aid on Gainsborough Road, just off of Battlefield Boulevard in the heart of Chesapeake. The staff was friendly, helpful and they answered my questions and their products. I saw the Stocking Stuffer display and I was shocked to see COVID-19 tests in that bin. Is this a real thing??? I guess I should look at the bright side, they're 2 for $15 or $9.99 each.
