Employees are always great. Update: Now that they are closing, it seems that they do not care. I had some prescriptions sent at around 8am. I went up at 4pm to pick them up only to be told that they did not have the medication to fill them. Why wasn't I given a phone call? Why did they not let people know what they had to do to switch their prescriptions. Also why were we told that as of 1July, everything would be sent to KROGER. They did not give us the option of transferring it, they told us what they were going to do. Yes, you can use any pharmacy you want. But the letter that was received just stated that as of 1July our stuff would be at KROGER...

Lady at the front counter is super rude.
70% of the shelves are empty.
Prescriptions are NEVER ready.
I don't know how this is the location that didn't get shut down.

Absolutely laughable this location still exists. Pathetic attempt of a store that appears to be clinging to life while missing more than half of its groceries items. Go somewhere else.

Decent location, prefer going here over the 7-Eleven and the Food Lion because of the terrible traffic and construction going on currently. Although some items aren’t stocked as frequently as I would like, the store is clean and everyone is friendly. Love the rewards and cheaper pricing here too.

The pharmacy service at this Rite Aid is AWFUL. Scrip called in over an hour earlier and it's still not been put together and checked by pharmacist who is in NO hurry to check it. Chatting with a customer for over 15 minutes while people are waiting. When I asked how long it would be the pharmacy tech was rude. Not the first time for this experience here. This is why I NEVER go here unless all other pharmacies in the area are closed. Maybe Rite Aid in general wouldn't be in financial trouble if they had pharmacy employees who didn't always act like they were in no hurry to assist customers.

The service has definitely declined over the last few years. I too work in the medical field so I tried over & over to be patient & understanding. But this last occasion a pharmacist & the pharmacy manager were both very rude. I was given the wrong epi pen & made to pay for both the wrong & correct dose. No customer service at all. The techs are normally nice & helpful but no one caught this mistake. It takes hours to get ANYTHING filled.

Unbelievable! Nobody picks the phone and no messages about the prescriptions! You drive all the way there for them to tell you it's not ready or the insurance didn't approve yet a 10$ medecine so they didn't bother tell you!!! Just stay away from this place!

This is the absolute worse Rite Aid, I have ever had to deal with.. they extremely slow, rude, never answer the phone. It could literally be 10 customers waiting and they will just be back there giggling and laughing, just having a good ol time doing absolutely nothing, while they have customers waiting. I would ask for my meds to be refilled and they would say "which ones", when I say, all of them that need to be refilled, we would reply "We can't do that, which ones?"( I only have a couple there)they are really one of the worse pharmacies

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst pharmacy in the area. Tell me why they can't get it together, why they don't stock medications that someone uses every 30 days, why the system is supposed to be on automatic refills and we have chase down someone to get a script filled. That's IF you can get someone on the phone. Just to be told it's not in stock. Ridiculous don't waste your time with this company and location they obviously don't care about their patrons!! They have no common business sense! They were short staffed and was closing early counter productive.
