Terrible staff, not welcoming, not friendly. My daughter and I walked in one day and both employees just mean mugged us the entire time (4 minutes maybe less) it took me to walk around the store quickly to see if they had a item I was looking for. I then went and asked the male employee if they had the item I was looking for. He still mean mugging and straight judging me gives me a monotone NO. As I'm walking out the store I was raised with manners , I said ok thank you! The response was straight disrespectful silence.

They got no business sense. Got 7 employees sitting around doing nothing except sitting on their phones. Why even pay for all that labor when they’re just sitting around? Bum company

I give the place a two because every time I shop here Im been watched. I didn't worry about it but I can describe all the ladies that work there. This incident took the cake so I will not be shopping here anymore.I've been shopping here for a couple years for my son. He really loves the graphic tees. I was at this location at this time when a lady with glasses and braids and a man with glasses made me feel very uncomfortable. While me and my son was shopping both of them came beside us saying they have to do inventory. They came from the front to the back to watch us. I couldn't even move because the older men with black glasses was in my way. Everyone don't have to steal. I actually work hard for my money.

The store was clean. They had a lot of cute things in here! Cute Barbie clothes! The associate Lyric was very helpful in assisting me with picking out a new scent of perfume called Pink Ice. They had everything from belts, shoes, underclothes, socks, perfume to clothing & more! Great deals! I'll be back!

Stopped in this location since I'm on vacation & the weather in VA had different plans than what I packed for. Was able to go in and find me 3 pairs of jeans with no problem. Caught a few items on clearance for my daughter & I as well. The store is very well organized & maintained. Friendly staff. Lots of clothing options for women & men. They had some nice fragrances as well!!! Lady gave me to samples and they smelled amazing ? ? ? I frequent Rue 21s when I travel and this is a nice store ! I come to the area at least once a year so I know where my local VA Rue 21 is located now !!! ?? If you are in the area, definitely stop in! Cute graphic tees, sun dresses, shorts, hoodies & more ! ✨️?

Teen and young adult styles, brightly lit store, friendly staff. Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of where it's located. If you are young or shopping for a young person it's worth a look see.
