Special thanks to everyone in produce! I am beyond amazed & touched. Gina was busy doing online orders & she walked all the way to produce to find me help. While waiting for help within 15 mins of standing still, I had 3 other REALLY nice produce guys ask if I need help & also checked on my order for me. The 2 produce ladies who brought my order to my cart, full of welcoming smiles. The bakery lady on the phone was super friendly & helpful. I had such a bad day until I met this really nice hard working staff here. Costco has very mean & rude service. I'm only shopping Sam's from now on. I just love the staff here! Beautiful store. Thank you to the gentleman cleaning the produce shelves who greeted me with a nice smile even though his job looks really hard, he made everything spotless. I appreciate all of you so much!!!

I've been here 2x and 2x I've ordered hotdog. I wanted to eat it with ketchup and mustard. When asked about the ketchup and mustard, they just said, "we're out" without doing anything. Can I return the hotdog next time if they don't have mustard and available?

I truly enjoy my weekly club pickups. The make my week more manageable. The convenience of pickup is second to none! The customer service is superb and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. Highly recommend.

Busy, holiday season does not help for a quick shopping experience. The worse part of the store yesterday was me, I was not in the greatest of moods. The crew was very helpful though and got me through it.

We visit several different Sam's Club locations to shop and get medications oftentimes around dinner time. I'm updating my review after tonight EXCELLENT experience with the Sam's Cafe at Sam's Circle. Two people we had particularly excellent service from are Zizi and Christian. It's nice being treated as human and not just another dollar. We acknowledged these two to management as well. If you stop by Sam's... be sure to stop by this eatery. The pizza was made perfect and the Hotdogs were still hot at the end of the day!!! Excellent job!!!!

The machines that roast the chicken are, very often, broken. The system to check your purchase as you exit is ridiculous, causing long lines as associates count carts with dozens of items. They need to come up with something else, more customer friendly. I don't have a business and usually buy no more than 6 or 7 items, but I'm always stuck behind a person with a bed cart with 100 things. No...

I went here shopping for a bose soundbar. I heard that they had a nice one on sale. To my surprise, they sure did. If you catch them, they do be having some nice sales on stuff from clothes to electronics. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already.

I feel that I should be able to come at anytime to sho at your store .I spend alot of money over they months not to be able to shop early I shouldnt need a special card to shop early..

Terrible Tire Installation:My tire pressure sensor was broken and tires not properly balanced. If you call the store your call gets forwarded to a call center outside of the country and then they’ll just try to forward you back to the store for no one to answer and then the call disconnects. When in store previously management demonstrated lack of empathy and consideration for the prior attempts to resolve the issue. This will absolutely be the first and last time that I will have tires installed at this Sam’s Club. This will now be my 3rd attempt to rectify the issue. Vehicle does not feel safe to drive. Requesting contact and solution. Thank you.

Visited today on my way in to work for our office. They are supposed to open the doors at 8 -- before Covid I believe they opened at 7 but I usually dont go during the morning so I could be wrong. It was 5 -10 minutes after 8 before anyone opened the doors with a line of people outside waiting and upset. Some like myself were at that point pushing into time for work.. and as a small business, 5-10 minutes can make a huge difference. Once we were in, I got my items and went to the front to check out and there wasn't even one single cashier on a register, it was all self checkout. When I go in the afternoons they usually have some cashiers on registers and then self checkout is an option as well. So I took my loaded flatbed cart to self checkout. I went to have my receipt scanned and checked as I was leaving and two associates plus I assume maybe customers or other associates from the overnight stock crew were rummaging through a basket of what appeared to be damaged products that were up front at the exit door and were taking the things they wanted out of it. The woman started to come over and scan my receipt and then returned and went back to the basket. When she canned my stuff it came up that I double scanned the chicken sandwiches and missed the other item. I had to haul my entire flat bed over to member services and wait for someone to come because there was no one at the desk. after a minute or two someone appeared and handled the issue. I was not impressed with the entire process this morning of entering this store or having to scan all of my own items. I worked at another Sam's in the area 20 years ago and we never would have been allowed to open the doors late nor rummage through a basket as damaged items and packaging were put in the break room for the employees and there was always someone on the flat bed register as we used to have to move every single item from one flat bed to another to ensure our hands touched everything and nothing was missed. Piss poor customer service today. No apologies from the staff for the delay in opening the doors. Ill go to another location or just take my business elsewhere because Costco and BJs are right down the street if they do not value their members time.

We went to go get the cupcakes we ordered and the colors weren’t correct. Thank goodness a wonderful person named Alexis was able to fix our order within 5 minutes. She was so helpful and so friendly. It’s people like her that make us keep coming back to Sam’s! Thanks Alexis for saving our birthday party!

Sam’s is always fully stocked. Customer service is awesome. Everyone is always smiling when they greet you. My food is always fresh and perfectly priced.

I love picking up my items and not having to have contact with some of the rude women who work there. On the other hand, I picked up an order on June 5 around 4:30. I only had one item because the second item was shipped. The guy serviced me last even thorough I was there before the other cars. To my DISMAY, he opened my back door and threw my box in the back of my car. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Affordable Walmart prices but I prefer Costco. Costco has cheaper gas and usually cheaper items. Sam’s does have their own makers mark brand that they sell their items under vs Costco brand is Kirklands. The lines are never usually that long at Sam’s club right before close. The food court is great and the Sam’s Club only Mt Dew seems to be great. I have not tried any of the food at the food court because the line typically gets pretty long.

Sam's club is packed with everything from office supplies, home goods, garden, outdoor, beach/pool, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, glasses, bakery, groceries, rotisserie chickens, technology and more! The store is clean and the staff is friendly! We always stop at the snack bar for the biggest piece of pizza and drink for under $3 and frozen yogurts! You can feed 4 people for $15 can't beat that anywhere else!
