Just bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid Le, couldn't be happier with my purchase. My car Salesman William Allen was very helpful in the process of deciding and very understanding of my needs as a car buyer. The purchasing process was seamless and quick, with detailed information regarding packages and upgrades. I can't recommend First Team enough as an enlightened buyer.

Bought a beautiful Highlander from this dealership. But now that I have an issue with my first and only 2 visits, no one returns calls. Seems they don't back their product and they make promises they don't intend to keep. Paper pushers seem angry and not happy to be there. Showroom had buckets to catch rain, smelled like mold and ceiling tiles either missing or about to fall. Not what I expected from Toyota. Tried hard to be respectful and resolve, but impossible with these folks. All around negative experience. Most regretted purchase ever. If they don't call soon, I'll be contacting the State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. Got nothing to lose at this point.

Toyota first team was great! They worked with me and explained everything to me! They have reasonable prices and nobody is hounding you. I was able to explain what I wanted and Cam helped me pick the perfect car! And Derek was great helping me get good deals:)!

OSCAR MY MAN! Such a down to earth guy is all for the people. He hooked me up with a ram which came with awesome features I did not expect. Highly recommend this place. They got water for days too.

I had an "exploded" tire and they made an appointment with me for the next day. I had a tire warranty so everything should have been covered at no charge but it took them a very long time to find it. When I took my car in the next day for the "appointment" they told me it could be a long time but nobody had told me that I would need a ride home or to have them drive me. I had to pick up my grandson and it took them over 4 hours to complete the changing of a tire, The changing of a tire. After an appointment. And their communication is ridiculous. Nobody answers their phones and when they call you back they lie to you about timing. This was an extremely bad experience and I had to have someone else pick up my grandson. Very poor service.

Purchased a vehicle here recently and it was a pleasant experience. Our salesman was a referral from a friend and we really liked him. They worked with us to keep the bottom line manageable and within our budget. I recommend giving them a try.

Scheduled an appointment at 1030 for an oil change and state inspection. Guess what? It's been 3 hours and my Vehicle hasn't even been looked at. I have to drive 9 hours tomorrow and now I'm spending my last day stuck at the dealership waiting.

From their service reviews, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by their sales team. Would not buy a used or new car there. They lack integrity...even for car sales people.

After reading all the terrible Service Complaints here is my Story.... $9,500 Later!!!!!!!! I took my vehicle because it was leaking oil and it vibrated I know something wasn't right. I know online it says that the Toyota Venza 2009-2011 Venza Models have had RECALLS previously on the engine - causing engine issues. I took the vehicle for a fee of $150 - they told me I needed a new tire and the Water Filter Hose needed to be replaced. Total for the Job $700.... WELL..... Shortly there after - just over 60 days later - my car completely cuts' off on me in the Middle of the Night - I called for a TOW - Freezing Cold in October - Car would NOT START. After SEVERAL days at the dealership - at least 5days -the service guy tells me I NEED A NEW ENGINE... that there is NO COMPRESSION AT ALL in Cylinders 1&2 and that cylinders are Very Low! I asked the service guy how is it that I have NO ENGINE after I just had it there for you all to check it out ??? What was the $150 Diagnostic fee for??? There was NO Diagnostic DONE... They TOTALLY missed checking the Engine!!! I asked service guy why didn't they check the engine?? His response was - "We don't typically do that".... WHATTTTT!!!!! Then WHYYYYYY am I paying you for a DIAGOSTIC?? They NEVER CHECKED THE ENGINE!!!! ...So i complained to the Operations Manager and he called in the service manager - they basically gained up on me "female" stating that the noise was gone when i drove off - so the problem in their eyes was solved!!!! WRONG ANSWER - they know that they have had RECALL on these vehicles... had they checked I would have my vehicle now!!! They told me that I have driven the car without any issue for 78days- they are not responsible... THEY FAILED TO BE RESPONSIBLE!!! This is nonsense!! Also note that I am disabled and my driving is minimal - average of 15miles per day. I do not call this extreme Miles... I have TOTALLY lost faith in this dealership! I really hope Corporate gets a look at these comments. I am forwarding my complaints to corporate. And... lastly - they offered me a $200 check - to dispose of my vehicle- are they SERIOUS!!!!!!!!???? Lord Help Me Please!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Day 1: 8:15 AM appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and determine source of burning smell. Service manager notifies me at 3:53 PM that the valve cover gaskets need to be replaced. I approve repair. Day 2: 4:54 PM I contact Service Manager...where is my car? 4:55 PM Service Manager calls me back...work not yet completed. I have to ask...why wasn't I informed of the valve cover gaskets needing to be replaced at 9:00 AM on Day 1? Why was I not notified until 3:53 PM? Why has this taken 2 FULL days? This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been doing business with First Team Toyota for 4 years. Something has gone terribly wrong with their Service Department. This is outrageous.

I worked with Ludy to sell my car. She was wonderful! Had the paperwork ready for me once I made my decision. She even went out of her way to help me get a refund on extra service perks I purchased when I originally bought the car. She even gave me a ride home afterwards!

My first coming here to buy a car for my brother. My brother doesn't speak English, so I was the person who translated and helped with the whole process. I was told the car that I wanted wasn't there. I had to wait 1 month. I deposited $1,000. I spent hours doing paperwork. The paperwork didn't go through yet, and they sold the car to someone else.

A lifetime free oil change is very appealing. Fast forward, I brought my car to be serviced on the Sept. 9. I received my free oil change but received a $40 charge for a tire rotation. I wasn't amused with the $40 charged. As I spoke to the manager (Neil) on site. He said, "We have to rotate your tires to get your free oil" as stated in the contract. As per contract that I blindly signed I asked him, "What is the relationship between the oil change and tire rotation?" He said, "nothing." Therefore, the so called "free oil" is a bait because they tied the oil change and tire rotation together in order for them to charge me $40 every time I bring my car for oil change. Obviously this is a way to make up their expenses (oil/ filter). To charge $40 to rotate tires of a compact car is unreasonably pricey and I must say under the guise of preventive maintenance. Here is another one, even if it is time for me to replace my tires to other store they still have to rotate my tires. Beware to a dealer that will say, "free this and free that." Lifetime free oil change caveat lifetime tire rotation charge. Indeed there is no such as free lunch. A very disappointed first time customer. This will be the last and will never recommend.
