Stopped in for a Christmas wish list, I don't typically shop here. They made it so easy for me to find everything on my list and explained everything. They even had a sale at time that I had no idea, so saving a percentage OFF...was a nice Christmas gift to consumers. I even picked up the $20 hand sanitizer sprays for $7. Holiday scents. I absolutely will be back. The Sephora Men's sample cologne that comes with a voucher for a full size bottle, is by far the best deal! $125 cologne for $78 after coupon!

It wasn't the experience I was hoping for. The ladies seemed annoyed that they have to go to the back to retrieve product. It's not the customer service I'm used to at lynnhaven Mall.
However, the good thing was that the perfume was $10 less. They could use a little work in the JOY department

They weren’t horrible here but I didn’t like the lack of effort when I tried to return/repurchase for points. They told me because they’re inside of Kohl’s that this location didn’t qualify for points. So I smiled, left, and went online to a chat customer service agent who awarded me my 500 points painlessly lol.

Haven’t had one good experience here. The first time I came in, the lady was training and was doing my shade match and then told me she couldn’t tell. And then today I tried to return something to purchase something else and that same lady said I had to go back to the same store i bought it from. Even tho I purchased it online!!! Go to the Sephora in Lynnhaven mall. Better options and customer service

Went in there this lady name Amanda was very rude and have an attitude this is the worst Sephora store I’ve ever been she is very nasty and have no consideration for others.

I love this Sephora! The staff at this particular store have given me some excellent makeup recommendations over the years for sure! Very knowledgeable. Ever since one of the Sephora staff members introduced me to the Rare Beauty mascara, I can't get enough of it! It's the best mascara I've ever used. Also got an excellent foundation rec too! The place is organized , easy layout . You got your brushes, perfumes , makeup, cleansers , hair products etc, all the necessities. Parking lot is huge, Sephora is inside the Kohl's. Staff overall is nice and friendly. This store is always nice and organized. I love it. Thank you to this Sephora team at this location for creating a friendly environment where you get awesome product recommendations and for providing an overall pleasant experience!

Pretty big for a inside Kohls store I feel like they have most of the brands available as a regular store.
