Terrible restroom. It had visibly not been cleaned properly in a very long time. The tp holder had three empty rolls in it, with a roll mostly used up sitting on top. The floor had obviously not been swept or mopped since I don't know when-it was covered in used toilet paper and dried urine. There was an empty bottle of cleaner on top of the baby changing table, with the sprayer head broken off and laying on the floor. The sink was coated in grime, everywhere, and literally looked like it had never been cleaned. Every surface was covered in dirt, feces, or urine. To top it off, there wasn't even soap. There were three employees that I saw inside. Unacceptable cleanliness standards, or they are just incredibly lazy.
Update: Shell replied to my complaint, and the customer service link does not have an option for feedback on gas stations. They're stupid crooks that manage bums. Awful experience all around!

I tried the screen of 3 separate pumps. Not a single one’s touch screen worked, even when using the disabled alternate selection below. I am disabled on crutches. I went inside to let the cashier know, as well for pay for gas with my fuel rewards applied (since I could apply it on a single screen). The cashier told me that the sun was shining on the screens, and that’s why they didn’t work. I tried pumps that both faced the sun and were in complete shade, so his reasoning was completely made up. He then asked how much gas I wanted without applying any rewards. He then redacted his statement and said “I’ll just come out and help” then did not move. I told him nevermind, and left.
I will not be returning here ever again. It’s not even the fact that I am physically disabled on crutches, it’s the fact that their screens didn’t work and the excuse was BS. It’s not the sun. It’s just improper maintenance and lack of professionalism.

The pumps are super slow. It took about 10 minutes standing in the cold just to fill up my car. They need to change the pump filters on a regular basis which they are obviously not doing. Bathroom is gross. I’m not coming back until the pumps have adequate flow. Telling my neighbors to avoid this station as well. Going to the 7-Eleven across the street unless/until the conditions improve.

This place has such a disgusting bathroom. It shouldn't even be open to the public.
There was no soap in the bathroom and no paper towels which means the employees that are using the bathroom aren't properly washing the hands!

You could be less obvious about running card skimmers. Invalid pin and a completely different prompt from the normal theme is pretty obvious.

Im usually happy when I visit this store but I wasnt Monday. I entered in my phone to take advantage of the fuel points. I saw that the register said voided but I didnt pay any attention until I went to the pump and noticed the female cashier had voided my transaction and chargered me regular price for gas. Im guessing its the independent owners choice to owner said programs which is ok but they should let patrons know.
