Fix your equipment, the wash brushes do not work no soap water from them. I Put 5.00 in for a wash and the brush don’t work in that stall 2nd from right. So I pressure wash it down then move over a stall 3rd from right and put 5.00 bucks in and guess what that one doesn’t work either. Just the sprayer. It’s not the 5.00 it’s the principle.

I take a $5 bill and I can wash & clean the pollen off my car just fine. I dare not use the vacuum! I have never seen anyone there doing any maintenance.

Couldn't put zero stars but had to put a star to leave comment..... Pulled in to use the car wash and put a $10 bill in the change machine and machine took my money. I called the number on the door and call is immediately disconnected without even ringing. Called again and had same result. I know I'll not get my money back but will be in contact with the city of Chesapeake if only to bring an awareness. I will also not be returning. So they made $10 off of me and I'm sure in the long run the loss of my business won't hurt the company wallet but I'll also not be referring any business of any type to this establishment. Enjoy the $10. Have a great day!

Touchless wash didn't work took my cash money, no one answered the phone when left 2 messages. Hand spray wash cost double when I used my credit card to rinse off soap left from inoperable touchless machine. This place needs serious UPGRADES

The automated machine advertised wash 41 amount but kept the money didn't register it and in order to get the value of the money I had already placed in I had to continue to add more cash

I don't know who owns this place. The car wash has just died on me two times both with soap on my car. Yesterday it did it again and landed on my car and scratched my roof. Also It has takin my money normorous times. This place needs some serious help.

Tried to get a car wash on Sunday machine took my money didn't get a wash. Call the number on the door it's a fax machine. Looked online called the number online said it was sold several years ago and he didn't have the new owners number. Left a note on the door and the door tracks when they open the door they would have been for sure to see it giving him the information my name and phone number still never been contacted I wouldn't recommend using them they don't care very dissatisfied and that was where I used to go to get my car washed I like the touchless wash but I'll find another one I wouldn't recommend going there

I tried using the Touchless Autowash. The machine wasn't working, or at least in the sense of being able to use your card. I tried several times, with a couple cards. It's just kind of... Meh. Won't be back.

Who owns this place? I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years and it’s just keeps getting worse. The first car bay next to the auto wash took all my quarters and didn’t work. It’s important to reinvest in your business sometimes, like what is going on? Everything is dirty, quarter slots are caulked over… really? No pride or f&$ks given at all.
