We are here at this location it seems every other day even though just opened one a bit closer down on Carmichael way. The employees here always seem to be in a good mood and make the drinks in a timely manner. We come to this location of the other one because the drinks seem to be made better. I know syrups are occasional left out and such, but the other locations do it more often this one it seems.The store on the inside is always clean, and the pickup location for mobile orders is easy to find. The drive thru has a good amount of room to wrap around, but it can block out some of the parking spots. Now just if Starbucks would stop raising their prices so much! Nothing the actual employees can do about that though.

my coffee is always made correctly and I receive exceptional service - however this specific store is always filthy inside, from flys everywhere and filthy floors.

After my internet went down at my house, I came here for a video meeting for work. I got my tea, and went back to my car for the meeting (a little quieter). The sun was shining brightly in my face, so I was shielding my face with my hand a lot. Suddenly, a barista came outside with a little bag. She said that the staff had noticed I looked like I was having a rough day. I think they thought I was crying since I was looking down (at my laptop) and my hand was on my forehead a lot. She handed me a bag with cake pops and said that she hoped my day got better. The bag had a little handwritten note on it. It was very sweet. I hadn't been having a bad day, but knowing that someone is paying attention was really touching. The world will be a better place when we all start looking out for each other, as these staff exhibited. It was really heartwarming.

The drink is never consistent. But it's fine, I'm totally cool with that. Still tastes good I really don't care. But the most infuriating thing at this location is that they'll just randomly shut down their cafe. So I put in my mobile order 20 minutes in advance, and then I have to wait in the drive-thru line that's just stock full and when you're running late and don't know that that's going to happen it is super super inconvenient. I understand that they're short staffed. But they've got to figure something else out. I put in my drink order at 6:30. And I'm not receiving it until 7:10 That's insane. Corporate seriously needs to send somebody over to this location and figure out what is going on.

The Starbucks Cocoa is absolutely the best!! The Starbucks Baristas do such a great job with the perfect amount of each ingredient and the taste is so delicious! It always meets my crave and positively influences my day!

This is the worst SB ever. With out fail they take forever and ALWAYS mess up the drinks. Even when asked politely to fix it they’ll just give you excuses and not remake your beverage.
