I had the best experience with my wash and cut (I believe it was with Amber, I went to double check my confirmation and couldn't find her name again, she had on a great moss green sweater today) that I'll definitely be back for my next service. I have a severe almond allergy and she was VERY stringent about doubling checking the ingredients on products. It makes such a difference in how relaxing or nerve-wracking an experience can be. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this location.

I have been seeing Shantae at this Supercuts location for over 5 years. She is always very professional and cuts my hair exactly as asked.

Customer service is very poor at this location. I checked in online at 8:45 with an appointment time of 9:15. I arrived about 9:10 and was told by a very rude employee "it's still going to be a few minutes. I can't help you because I'm about to start a color and no one else will be here until 9:30." She then proceeded to blame the company's check-in system, as if that were somehow my fault. Happily there is a competitor located nearby, so you needn't deal with the poor customer service offered at Supercuts.

Walked in the door and was immediately greeted with top tier customer service from Nicki. She immediately had a chair open for me to get a haircut. She took her time asking just what I was looking for and held great conversation the whole time I got my hair cut. Check out this location and make sure you ask for Nicki, you won’t regret it!

I hate to rate them this low bc ive been going to supercuts for years. I get it with inflation, but i was surprised to find out that they raised the price to $28 for a haircut..But yesterday... when my daughter and I walked in, I felt a bad vibe. The lady at the Register gave me the bad vibes with the attitude she gave us when she asked if we had checked in online. I told her No, and that we both wanted a haircut and nothing more.She goes thats fine bc we don't have time for nothing more anyway. Which that started off the continued bad vibes from her. She took care of my daughter and she was happy with her cut (she's 17 and very shy).Well about an hour after we left, I started noticing little pieces here and there that she missed. Bad enough for me to take some barber scissors and fix it. Needless to say. I didn't get her name bc she wasn't wearing a tag and she didn't even tell us her name. We def won't go see her anymore. I loved the young black lady that took care of me. We will be going back to see her for now on.

If you’re a a regular Joe Schmoe or a guy in military do not get a haircut here. One lady in particular can hardly cut hair and can’t fade. Honestly, I’d rather have a police office cut up my hair. Let alone $25 for a haircut? Ridiculous.

The lady needs to learn some general terms to talk to the customer. Not all of us are from salon business. And a bit detail explanation would be much better then being hard to understand what the customer is trying to explain …. One star for cleanses . But they need to understand customer service for sure .

I am wheelchair bound so Ellen moved her chair out of the way and positioned my wheelchair and then cut my hair while bending over, not an easy thing, did a great job cutting it to my required length, etc. So very pleased, and I will go back again, making sure she is working that day, I had not returned to this Supercuts for well over 2 years..going back was like “home “” again, I would recommend Ellen or Shante to anyone. ..5 stars at least!Service: Haircut

We walked in for our 3 pm appointment. It was empty with one stylist on duty. All I could smell was cigarette smoke. My son has school pictures in two days, and given it was Sunday end of day, I stayed to have his haircut. Not great, considering cigarette smoke is not only disgusting but bad for everyone around it. I probably won't be back, which is a shame since she was great with my son.Service: Kids' cuts
