Post Covid they’ve basically only had self checkout for any purchase, including a basket full, which was never an issue. Now if you try to use self checkout they kick you out if you have over 10 items. They count them…really. You’re forced to go to a one manned checkout even if self checkout is empty and there’s a line at the one you’re kicked to. This target has always been wonderful but I guess a new policy that makes no sense and rude employees is how it’s going to be now. Do better.

Please have self checkout open at all times. Having lines at 10am during the week is ridiculous and not all of us want to socialize with staff. Whatever new rules you have are ridiculous, let the customer choose!

Security pin/clamp on my clothing after self check out!!!
What happened to SECURITY upon exiting the store. A waste of my TIME racing back to the store before closing, for removal.
HIRE CASHIERS who will handle these removals, I'm the customer, I PAID FOR THAT.

Any other time I go into Target, you HAVE to ring up your own order. I go in today on the way to work to pick up prescription and decided to get a few things real quick.then get to the front and all of the self checkout registers are closed, 2 lanes are open and both cashiers are sooo slow like they have all day. Why not have both options? Doesn't make any sense. I know better for next time.

This Target no longer has any customer service. I shopped last night, and all the registers were self checkout and they were all 10 items or less.

Waited over an hour for an associate to help me make a purchase in electronics. No one seemed interested and no one became available. I left without making a purchase. Horrible customer service. Sad, as I’ve always liked Target. They also seem to have taken their higher esteem and matched their prices. Inflation or gouging? No longer competitive. Lost customer.

I waited 25 mins in my parking spot for my order to be brought out to my car. Multiple cars that arrived after I did got their orders before I did. They had large orders and I had 1 item! Orders should be brought out to guests in the order that they arrive!

Employee overseeing self-checkout turned off all self-checout registers except for one. There were about 5 people in line and she told people to line up at either of the 2 manned registers. I just wanted to buy soap and person in front of me had more than 10 frozen pizzas. Not even the robots wanna work at Target

This is unfortunately the closest Target to my home. It seems understaffed although the employees seemed to be trying their best and had good attitudes. Wait times at the drive up pickup can be quite long. Unless other options are too far away, it might be worth looking elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Target was busy the night I shopped. I received a free $5 gift card and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t scanning. A team member gladly showed me how and even did it with humor and a kind attitude. I really appreciated that, as you don’t get that a lot from stores nowadays, especially when they are busy.
