I just wanted to start this off by saying my first experience was great! good nails, they lasted long, etc.. but my second? Terrible. The man who did my acrylics was filing my skin to the point where i have mini cuts on my finger beds. I showed him inspo pic which had pink base and he gave me white, yes i could have said something but it’s hard when the person doing ur nails is on the phone the whole time. Then i got transferred to another person, she did my nail art. She did paint my base pink and was more gentle with me. I don’t think I’ll go here again..I’ll insert a picture of what I wanted vs what i got…

My 1015 appointment which I couldn’t find in the system I was very patient but by 11 AM they told me I had to wait another 40 minutes no apology and no compensation offered even after I showed them the appointment verification. The appointment was for one specific person because everyone else is either too harsh or their nails pop off after a day or so. Drove 40 minutes to be here. Have been a loyal customer for years. I feel so betrayed and hurt. :(

Got my nails done here for my birthday and they literally made all of my fingers bleed by filing my skin! Then had the nerve to tell me I’m sensitive…. Nah I ain’t sensitive IM BLEEDING!!!! Wouldn’t recommend!

Came in on 6/15/24 for full set
Wasn't asked if I wanted acrylic. Just assumed I wanted dip powder. I asked for ombre, the nail tech said yes it can be done, and asked for one accent glitter nail on both hands. I got these done on a Saturday then 2 days later on Tuesday they were (without little to any pressure) popping off like they weren't secured or thick enough. I came in on the following Friday after calling about my situation a day ahead was told to come in so they can take a look. After waiting 30 min a man asked what service I wanted I responded I called yesterday and he made the assumption replying oh it happens because of the length.
Now I've been getting my nails done for 15+ years and at least dip powder 5 times. My nails have been double that size before. And lasted 2 weeks. Which the actual size was a Lil bit longer than their display of color nails in the shop. I was just getting comfy with the shop for my new location after relocating. Now I'll just do my own.

Horrible pedicure for me and my 4 year old, service was sloppy and overpriced. Beware i was charged the same price for pedi as my 4 yr old.They will ask and suggest gel nails to get more money out of you. No massage no scrub but charged for it. I am a registered professional.i will spend my money elsewhere. I would never refer anyone here!

Have known Tom and Chi for a good while now and they are the best. Tom does my nails so he is my nail man.
Best place to go for nails.

The lady was sweet but god my nails look so bad, I just asked for long nails with black tips and a heart on one of them and she couldn’t draw the heart. There just so ugly

I really wanted to like them. If you want absolute LAZINESS, this is a great place for you. Wrong nails on the wrong fingers, putting the biggest gob of polish on, not doing cuticles, not clipping the nail while doing fill ins, gobbing the acrylic on. His breath was so bad that I had to turn my whole body away while he did my nails. His breath was a health code violation. He works on Sundays.

This is a sorry unprofessional place! Good for absolutely nothing! Don't even waste your time! They turn customers down as soon as you walk in. And the service is poor therefore they really have some nerve to be selective with customers!
