The manager, Will was very knowledgeable, and helped us through our discision, and confirming our success in our planned project ahead of us for the outreach. He also delivered the products ! Thank you for going the extra mile !

Love the store and products. My experience with the dog washing station was lack luster in reference to all my previous visits. Couldn't reach the store to ask if they had the station at all, got there, asked why no one was able to answer the phone the young man looked for the handheld piece, it wasn't on the charger. Told me what he knew about the station. Went back to use it. Wow it was trashed in there. A pile of used towels in the corner, the sink I chose was backing up. I pulled up the plastic deal pulled the drain guard myself and unplugged the hair so the sink would drain. Most all the products were on the table almost spent.
While I appreciate the service I had to call the store again and let the line ring 14 times before it was picked up in the store room behind the wash station.

As I stand in line with 10 people in front of me because they decide to have 1 line open on memorial day weekend. Horrible management.

Love this only never anough cashiers. Employees walking around. Poor today 5 20 2025 working two cashiers registers. Please improve in this area. Other great store nice Employees. Tks

The staff at the Chesapeake, VA location, especially Derek, could not have been any more helpful and friendly! If there was an Olympic event for forklift driving, Derek would be the gold medalist!

Staff was helpfull but I drove 30+ minutes just to find out that the item that said there were 7 in stock on the website is nowhere to be found. Your website needs to but updated, HUGE waiste of time. I will not be returning

Not real impressed with Joe at Tractor Supply. Came in to get a pup wash only for Joe to meet me at the door and stated that the wash was closed for the night @ 7pm (Website says 8pm). I explained to him that I had already paid for the wash. Then he begins to let me know “he has to clean up the dog wash and he isn't staying here all night and I could get a refund at the front.” Despite all of this he reluctantly let me get the wash after braiding me about how long it was gonna take.
Not what I expected from our home town Tractor Supply. Joe obviously needs a vacation. It must be a tuff job there.
