I’ve came to this location over the years so many times. Been through 3 different cars, and not once have I ever had any issue with them. I’ve had valve cover gaskets done, many tires, transmission flushes, etc. Recently my differential failed in my 2018 mustang gt, and they quoted me MUCH lower than any other place. Normally you’d think they must not do a good job then but oh no, they are on top of things. They had my rear frame dropped and differential swapped in 3 days! Couldn’t be more happier pulling out with no issues. It’s been about 2-3 months since then and it’s been running strong! Now this week I needed TPMS reprogrammed to the car since I got new wheels (unfortunately I’d have to take off the tires on my new wheels since we don’t know what brand the TPMS Sensors are). They told me pull up to the back and they tried just searching for the right brand to no success, and also told me they didn’t want to take off the tires due to me having aftermarket rims. I commend them for not just doing it anyway and damaging my wheels!! Any place that is corrupt would’ve just done it anyway. These guys are awesome and always my go-to place. Wish I could give over 5 stars! Definitely recommend!

I wish there was a zero stars option!!!I had submitted an appointment online for the Chesapeake location (about a week before that actual date) and there were no additional steps that it stated I needed to take except the note “We look forward to serving you!”. So, the day comes of my appointment, I dropped my car off at 8am and told the front desk clerk that I was going to wait for my car after she’d asked me if I was dropping off or waiting. Then I said I’m going to go grab something to eat from a restaurant in the same shopping center. She said “ok, all I need are your keys”. Great, right?! So, I go grab something to eat, maybe away for about 30min, and when I walked out of the restaurant , I looked in their parking lot and noticed that my car was in the same place I’d left it. I didn’t think much of it since I received no call about any issues and just thought maybe they were running a little behind.I then walked into another store to buy a few more things, at this point a whole hour and 15 minutes had passed, then I left the store to walk back to Tire Choice. Lo and behold, what do I see, my car still sitting in the same spot. So, I walked in the store and asked the lady why my car was still in the same spot and not been worked on yet? She says, “oh, I was just about to call you. Did you place your appointment online?” I said, yes. She says “oh ok, well whenever you put in for an appointment online, it doesn’t order your tires and we don’t have your tires in stock. But we can have them in as early as tomorrow. Do you want to bring it back to then?” That chick never even offered an alternative such as another tire brand or anything to compensate me for her inadequacies and horrible service. Not to mention, she never once called me about any of this whatsoever!! Especially considering I was very close by!!I was soooooo mad that I couldn’t even formulate a response properly because why the hell would you not have called me at ANY point before I got there considering I was within walking distance?????!!!! So I told her I will not bring my car back and I’m going to another company. She had the audacity to say “sorry about that.”If this is how Tire Choice runs their business, if I were you I would stir clear of this place!!! That chick will cause for that company to lose a lot of customers and revenue. I will be calling corporate after Christmas!!I immediately took my car to NTB (National Tire and Battery)-Chesapeake and they took my car in right away and put some tires on my car.

Had a blowout on my superduty and the team understood my frustration and got me back on the road in no time. I'll just bring it back for any tire troubles I have for now on. Team really seemed to dig the ride and had alot of questions =)

The crew at Tire Choice @Edinburgh in Chesapeake are phenomenal! Noah worked tirelessly to get my Jeep back on the road. Nick and Vanissa are assets to this company! Highly recommend these guys for any auto needs!!

The gentleman at this location were super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Nicholas and Noah for answering all my questions and taking good care of my black rims when putting on my new tires.

Went in for an oil change, had an appointment and still waited 2 hours. They didn’t even rotate the tires. Way over priced. Online it said 74.99 and it ended up being $103 for an oil change??? Won’t go back.

I dropped my vehicle off at one morning at 7:30am, with no issues going on with my vehicle. They were supposed to do a wheel alignment and balance the tires. I gave the store a call around 4pm to see if my car was ready, the technician said “ Oh I could work on your car because I couldn’t get the vehicle to go over 30 mph, and your check engine light is on. What the technician didn’t know was in the Mercedes S classes the car learns your driving style, if you drive the car easy it adjusts to driving easy, if you drive hard the car will adjust to you driving hard, but you have to do a transmission computer module reset. The car knows that I drive easy, which tells me that he got in my car and was driving hard, which put the car into limp mode. Limp mode is designed to keep from destroying the engine and or transmission. The technician lied and told me that when he got in the car the check engine light was already on, my check engine light had never been on in that vehicle before and I literally just had it serviced 4 days prior to dropping it off at Tire Choice.

State Inspection on the sign, okay cool. Go inside we do not have a state inspector at this location. Do not waste your time or money at this location, either take down the sign or hire someone to inspect vehicles period. Will not be gracing those doors anytime in the near future and certainly hope others do not waste their time going to this establishment.

DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION. I have been a customer there for over 11 years and never had an issue, occasionally a hiccup that was quickly remedied but that it. Due to sudden management changes and being understaffed the garage shut down and has since reopened. Now there is no longer management and staff that is competent in car service or customer service. They had my car 6 days, and 600$ later the car is in worse condition coming out of the garage than it was going in. Management said several times that it was going to be taken care of. After they had it for 24 hours they tell me that they are not going to fix it, with no reason as to why, just that another manager that I can't speak with instructed them not to touch the car. Litigation is now pending. Do not waste your time or money here.

Disappointed! Horrible service! after dropping off my car and waiting TWO days for them to do the State inspection (they said that they did not have enough staff), they told me my car needed a new rotor, I paid around $400 for the entire service and also to be able to pass the inspection. Two months later, my car starts making a weird sound while driving. When parked, I noticed that the front left wheel was missing screws and It only had two screws left and they were losen, which meant that I could have been in a major accident if I would have that tire detached from my vehicle. Now, I took my car to another auto shop that I can trust and they are charging me for another new rotor, studs, wheel rim and of course, more labor cost. I will never use this place EVER again! I am sure this problem was the result of an incompetent service, they did not adjust properly the tire screws. I still can't believe it! I am sure they are not going to refund any money, so that is why I am posting this review.

Made appointment online on a Monday, called store to confirm later that day. The lady on the phone kindly confirms and explains the pricing. I take the day off work show up on my appointment time and the manager on duty says “oh they didn’t call you? Someone was supposed to call you we cant do it today” The manager makes it sound like is my fault for showing up and not knowing they canceled on me.Im frustrated and confused check my phone no voicemails, no emails from this company.Just wasted my time obviously I will never return and will ensure none of my friends and family comes here. Hope this review serves you as a cautionary review expecting a reliable and professional company. Skip this place.Tire Choice dont bother with your copy and pasted BS company response makes you look even more unauthentic.

Been using this location for Years with great service even under the prior name. This week I have made 2 separate tire appointments and both were cancelled by the shop because they "don't have anyone to change tires"... At a Tire store. The second appointment was made DAYS prior and they called me the morning of and cancelled, not leaving me enough time to make an appointment elsewhere on my Only day off. Will NEVER give them another dollar!

Don’t bring your car here if you need to use it. Made an online appointment, but when I dropped my vehicle off, I was told that online appointments aren’t valid and that it would take longer than the estimated time, but that they would call with updates. Never got a call that day, called the next morning, and they hadn’t gotten to it, and gave me the same spiel as the day before. Finally called me 4 hours later with a question and said they’d call me when ready. 3 hours later, I had to pick it up, walked in and was told ‘got the wrong part, still not ready’. Continued to wait longer than necessary. Moral of the story, never ever make an online appointment, they are not honored, and don’t expect fast service. No apologies, no responsibility taken on their part. Horrible business.

Now that Tire Choice has taken over the old Treadquarters here at Carmichael Way ,it is a great place to take my car! They are quick with appointments and it's easy to set an appointment. The customer service is great and so is the communication about the service.
