Friendly. Found some ant traps that were reasonable, but no planter pots I was hoping for. It was busy. We got lucky someone pulled out so we could have a spot. There are not many parking spots.

Never any issues at Ace! I enjoy coming in here when I can, over going to a so-called "big box" store. I am able to get what I need (within reason) and roll out. Sometimes it's the simple things that matter. Anyway, everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous, so usually I ask where something is, find it, and I'm out the door within 5 minutes. Thanks, Ace!

one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hardware store. I needed a fireplace clean out which big box stores DON’T carry but Ace does. The rep I worked with (Ivy) was very helpful. He even offered to look up how to do what I needed to do. Because the customer service was so good I plan to continue to shop here for my home and hardware needs.

I started coming here alittle more often because it’s more personal then going to Home Depot or Lowe’s it reminds me of the town hardware store i grew up having at the courthouse in the beach before it closed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable I’ll definitely keep coming back. O they also sell fresh eggs an baby chicks lol
